Idiots. Every Single one of them. I transferred service from att to T-Mobile. It's not that hard to port over a number yet nobody at the store knew how to do it. Having the new customer do the legwork that the employee should have had memorized. Walked out with a phone, with a new number and now I'm currently on hold with customer service trying to solve an issue that could have been solved if they had competent employees. I do not understand why the customer has to do the work that the employees should know how to do seamlessly. SMH. read more

Kane was awesome! Very knowledgeable and super helpful. Helped us upgrade our phones and was very transparent about every price detail. They had to stay open late to transfer our phone information and we are so grateful. Great location, we were able to grocery shop while we waited for our data to transfer over. Some of the best customer service in Oroville. I see a lot of negative reviews and I'm assuming these customers came in with a bad attitude to begin with. read more

iPhone was stolen. Office on Oro Dam Blvd was very helpful. Ellery and Dalton helped me lock the phone down, access Find My Phone, and found the location of the phone. I called the Oroville police to report the theft. Officer called back, I gave him the new location of the Find My Phone program, and he went to the location and collected the phone. He called me back and I picked up the iPhone at the police station. I took the phone back to T-Mobile, and Ellery and Dalton removed the lockdown, replaced the damaged protective sheet (which the thief had removed then replaced incorrectly!), and comforted me. They were very helpful, nice, and friendly. I recommend their service very highly! read more

Wanted to get a prepaid SIM to try T-Mobile service because I'm unhappy with my current carrier. The store wanted to charge me $15 for a SIM and said the cheapest prepaid plan available was $50 .. so they want $65 from me before I can even try the service. The website says they've got a $10/month basic prepaid plan, but the guys in this store either don't know about it or aren't interested in selling/supporting it. Going to this location was a waste of time. read more

Came in about 3 weeks ago. I live in Germany, and was looking at trying to get an American phone number that works whilst stationed here. I asked them what they have to offer. I was told in no uncertain terms that ONE+ would guarantee me unlimited calling in and out of Germany. I was lied to. When I asked to see it on paper they refused to show it to me on paper. That tells me I was lied to, and it wasn't a simple mistake. I am canceling my service, and won't be back to T-mobile because of this. read more

Worst customer service ever. "Mobile Expert" Kam, is rude and argumentative. I was in for a warranty exchange, previously had spoken with 2 managers, and Motorola. Due to the phone being manufactured with a plexiglass screen it had literally started disintegrating. Kam asked me the reason for my visit, I explained a warranty exchange, he asked to see the phone, which I handed over he immediately began picking at the screen, told me "we will not warranty a phone screen". I said well I was told differently by both a manager the day before (who looked the phone over very carefully, and photos which were sent into Motorola both of WHOM verified it was in fact the screen and IT WOULD be covered under warranty) Kam was still picking at the screen, belittling me over and over about the warranty exchange and then proceeded to tell me it was a screen guard that had "melted" to the phone because the phone had gotten hot. I said, "I'm not sure where your expertise involves the manufacturing of this phone, but when Motorola themselves tells me it's a defective screen and they have had this issue, but have resolved it with a different adhesive to return the phone under warranty that's precisely what I intend to do." Kam snapped at me, telling me very rudely that they would not honor a warranty, I then explained how I was in the previous day and the manager had tried to help me but the system was giving an error he had asked me to come back the next day. Kam would not listen to me, he kept cutting me off talking to a co-worker asking questions that I had already answered. After about the 5th time of him stating it was a "screen protector" issue, I said "ok, if it's a screen protector, remove it and then everything will be fine" Kam then proceeds to raise his voice at me and become very condescending and down right rude at one point saying I was BEING a bitch!!! At which point I told him, I was done with him helping me and told him I did not appreciate him being so rude, he then raised his voice and said " I'm NOW going to be rude" I cut him off mid-sentence and asked the other rep to help me, I informed both of them that I did not wish to deal with him anymore. Despite me saying this Kam continued to make snide remarks to both me and the co-worker. So right when I think I'm done and can leave this place, the lady who was helping me jumped on his band wagon and decided to tell me it was the screen protector and she had used rubbing alcohol on it and the film had started to come off, at this point I ignored her, SHE had never left my sight with the phone, or ever pulled out anything to wipe at the "screen protector" **** I would have left the store the moment Kam had started his nonsense, but they had possession of the phone I needed replaced, when I mentioned leaving he advised I'd not get a replacement at all, so I dealt with them**** DISGUSTING AND RUDE, I've never had such a horrible experience especially from some A$$hat that is supposedly an "expert". read more

The few who help me often are Carlos,Kam & Jacob. 3 Very professional cool dudes that have always shown me respect as a customer. Ive Never had any issues that they can't fix. Have had the best customer service. When I first went in for my first smart phone 2 months ago , the staff were very helpful explaining what they had that would be best for my needs. I just wanted a basic phone. Since then I stopped by twice to have them explain things to me. They are always courteous and take the time to make sure I know what I am doing. Today I had a problem connecting to get cellular data and they showed me how to fix it in 5 minutes. What more could I ask. read more

I recently switched from ATT and wife got a new XR iPhone. I had a 2 year old iPhone 7+ which I was happy with. The T-Mobile crew spent over 2 days using iCloud to move her data from her old phone to her new phone. She had also gotten a good trade in value for her old phone. She was very pleased getting her new phone and data switched over successfully by t-Mobile. Then I had a HUGE problem, I misplaced my phone never to see it again. T-Mobile helped me suspend it and her a new Moto G7 phone. For the money a great phone. The I find out my Chevy Volt which is programmed to work with iPhones and Android phones is programmed like crap and does not work with Android phones. T-mobile stepped up and took back the Moto G7 back under their 14 day return policy and I got another iPhone which gives me navigation in my car. HIGHLY recommend T-Mobile crew in Oroville. I came to this Tmobile due to the fact that my friends worked here. DO NOT go to this store!!!!! When I switched from sprint, Dominic told me everything will be taken care of and your form will be submitted. When sprint charged me 523.25, I went in and spoke with another rep. "I can't handle this because I didn't set up the account" got this several times till I finnaly had to call into work and cancel so I could deal with this issue. Dominic NEVER submitted my from, and for the 2 weeks I came in (about 2-3 times a week) I was told it was submitted, when I called in and asked they had no record of it. The only way I was able to resolve this issue was to call into corporate and ask to speak with a manager. When all was said and done, I revisited this store, spoke with the manager, and was told "you got your $523.25 back, we can't help you, get out!" So I called back in and explained what happend. Tyrasin at that time, helped comp me for the pain and struggle the Oroville store put me threw! IF YOU GO TO THIS STORE, CHECK UP TWICE A DAY!!! The people who work here only want your money they get from commission!!! This store. T-Mobile has great service and amazing prices tho, just don't go to this store read more
