After giving me a price quote, he ordered the part needed, got it the next day and was able to repair my laptop that same day. Best part is he comes to your house. The gaps between messages made it frustratingly difficult to get direct answers or establish a concrete repair plan. I am now looking elsewhere due to the lack of responsiveness.

To the very competent, kind and hardworking young man that was working today, thank you. To say the…read moreleast, this young man deserves a raise, a promotion, and recognition. I came in with a screen glitch on my iPhone. This was stressful for me as my medical device is fully controlled from my phone. (Before anyone comes at me, yes I have backup options, they just are not as effective.) The young man quoted me and told me to come back in a couple hours. I expressed my concern with it controlling my medical device and he told me he would get it done ASAP. I sat in the shop and read my book while the shop kitty slept in my lap. What I witnessed over the next hour was impressive to say the least. He was the only employee. Person after person poured into the shop. One after the other he took the time to address what they needed and was polite and patient with them even when the person did not deserve it. He finished my replacement in an hour. An hour, that's it. In that hour not only did he replace my screen beautifully, he answered the phone, assisted customers with finding products, assisted customers with their phone issues, and answered customer questions. This young man did the job of at least four employees. I regret that I did not catch his name. If the business sees this review, I was there on 6/25/26 from 4pm-5pm. If anyone from that date and time leave a poor review on the business, please feel free to assume they are the customers that did not deserve this young man's patience or politeness. It's because you actually get knowledgeable, helpful service, directly dealing with someone who is an expert, not some roll-of-the-dice likely untrained customer service person who has an attitude and is pissed off before you even speak. Coming here once often saves me hours and hours being passed around on phone customer service with wireless providers to customer service reps who don't understand the actual technology or how cell service actually works. What sets David apart is his calm demeanor--not anyone can do the job he is doing. Half the time I have been there there are other people being helped, but I have never waited long.

After my…read morecracked screen was replaced incorrectly by a man with the "apple" and "service" on his sign, I found out the following day that it was a shady guy with a shady store doing shady things. (I did demand my screen be reverted and my money refunded as well.) I am not from Chico, so my friend told me about Tyler's store. We went into Chico iStore and I was pleasantly surprised by the esthetics of the place, his knowledge of Apple and that he had an almost new-but fully refurbished iPhone, brand new cover to protect it, and set us up to complete the process of switching it over at home. (He's also easy on the eyes, ladies. wink wink) I am definitely recommending Tyler and his business for all things iPhone/phone/iPad related!

Some time late I dropped the phone and cracked the screen. They were able to fix that in the time that i took me to go out a buy a cup of coffee. They are very congenial and I felt like they really wanted me to happy with the service that they provided. Great service and inexpensive.
