One after the other he took the time to address what they needed and was polite and patient with them even when the person did not deserve it. He finished my replacement in an hour. An hour, that's it. In that hour not only did he replace my screen beautifully, he answered the phone, assisted customers with finding products, assisted customers with their phone issues, and answered customer questions. This young man did the job of at least four employees. I regret that I did not catch his name. If the business sees this review, I was there on 6/25/26 from 4pm-5pm. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. I'd been considering a used iphone (for traveling) from ebay or craigslist, but Sergei's phones come with a warranty. A big relief when buying a used device. * He has since fixed two cracked screens and another hardware issue quickly and inexpensively. Plus a non-functioning microphone/bent case (the phone dropped on the street while cycling!) 5 stars for being being relatively quick, inexpensive, flexible, responsive and straightforward with pricing.
