This place is horrible. You walk in and they don't acknowledge you at all. Maybe it's because I'm colored. And then when you ask for help they are so freaking rude and disrespectful. I asked this girl Valentina at this location about returning my internet and she literally was so rude and told me to go ups then literally walked away and went to the back. And so I asked her coworker next to her what's the girl name and she took her name tag off and removed it so I wouldn't see it. Horrible location !!! Walked through the door and was "helped" by a girl named Zasha; she wasn't helpful at all!!! Ended up signing me up for a plan without telling me the price and when we asked her to explain, she raised her voice, at this point we had enough, before this she was showing signs of no Interest in our business. She kept leaving us alone, ignoring us, and questioning us as if we were dumb. She first started off saying she couldn't help ... I ended up having to go to the location in the wellington mall where they offered me amazing plans and helped me till I left the store. It's horrible that I can't save myself time and money by going to my nearest location because of this girl. I wouldn't recommend this location because of their customer service. (If you're looking for the short review, read the last paragraph) Where do I start? I was looking to buy a new phone, and since I don't want to be locked into a 2-year contract, I thought T-Mobile might be the way to go. One of my friends had this awesome new phone that I wanted so I went to the same store that same week, but their price had already gone up $10/month. So I decided I just wanted to get the phone by itself (since I could just unlock it) and pay full price for it, but they wouldn't let me! So I called corporate and they told me I could just go to any T-Mobile store and buy any new phone, unlocked, as long as I paid the full price, but even after I told them that they still wouldn't let me. Finally, I just decided to get their most basic plan for one month and then leave. I paid for everything and then they told me that they just HAD to add a pair of $20 headphones so I could buy the phone by itself- fine, I agreed after a few minutes of questioning. Within a day, I realized they'd given me a defective phone- it overheated extremely quickly and died a lot faster than my old phone. Two days later, I went to return it. They apologized and AFTER everything was done, the guy said "that'll be a $50 restocking fee". Why?! I wasn't the one who chose a defective device- they gave it to me! (And I suspect on purpose, knowing that they'd be able to charge me $50 later on). But there was no getting out of it, it seemed. Then, the guy said, we could "take back" the headphones and give you a refund on that so it would be as if you only paid 30 for the restocking. I gave back the headphones and never went back. In my opinion, if a customer is looking for a phone, wouldn't you WANT them to go to you instead of someone else? Even if they "don't make much money" off the phone sales, wouldn't they rather get rid of a product and have cash in their hands instead of me giving money to their competitors? That was just ONE of the things that seemed ridiculous. Terrible experience, everything is overpriced and they make you wait way too long in line. Price inconsistency is also an issue, they are constantly increasing and decreasing prices so it's always a gamble when you try to buy something from them- it could go worse or seem like a good decision, but inconsistency is not something that is appreciated in such a large company. read more

Not enough help. No seating for customers. Music in store was way to loud and female employee turned the music back up after I turned it down so I could hear the other employee explain the contract I was signing. She proceeded to turn it up again and I turned it back down. She again turned it up for a third time before leaving the store at the end of her shift! A young woman with a young boy was sitting on the floor in the corner using the two walls as support because there wasn't one seat in the entire store. When I asked about seating my sales employee said they were in the back office where only employees could access them but he would bring one out if I needed it. He told me I would be done in 5 minutes so I decided not to request one. I waited at least another 15 minutes! During the transaction I asked for the LG G4 offer I saw on line but they told me it wasn't available instore He also incorrectly wrote up the 2 line contract price which was raised $20 when I called T-Mobile to get some answers.
