Hamilton helped me switch over from Sprint to T-Mobile, trade in my phone and walk out the door with a brand new iPhone 12. The process was not easy (due to circumstances that were out of T-mobiles control) yet Hamilton remained positive, friendly and helpful the entire time. It would have been easy for him to ask me to come back another day or to send me for help elsewhere, but he took the time (even over an hour after this shift was supposed to be over) to make sure I left happy with my new purchase. They aren't expensive but that's not the point. So customer service told me I had to return in store. So I went back to the store to return them. I felt attitude immediately off the rep that approached us. She asks why I'm returning and I started to say they arenr free and she speaks over me to say they are. I then told her I don't want them and didn't ask for them and she said I'd have to come back when the person who sold them to me was there. Then couldn't tell me when she would be. Total joke. I'm seriously contemplatng cancelling all 4 phones and going back to Verizon. I went to Tmobile because they used to have great customer service.
