When I picked it up, he had repaired the front screen which was already fine and left the back screen, the actual problem, untouched. It became an even bigger headache from there. The repair somehow got tangled up with my phone insurance claim, and I've spent hours trying to sort it out. I would not recommend this shop. Confirm exactly what they're fixing, in writing, before you hand over your device.

The first time I went in, two girls at the desk were a bit cold in their customer service, but they did give me a good idea to bundle my Internet with Home and Phone. I went home to talk to my husband about it and returned the next day. There were four employees on the floor and one of them, (Trinity) greeted me and said he would be with me soon. Each of the employees was busy assisting other customers, so I stood back and waited for a bit. After overhearing bits and pieces from their conversations, I realized it might be a while before they got to me. I asked Trinity if it would be a while and if I should come back another time. Immediately he asked what I needed and began not only helping his first customer, but me, too, at the same time. He did not ignore either one of us, but asked questions, filled out paperwork, retrieved items from the back of the store, all while continuing to work with both of us, and got us both what back and waited for a bit.
