My daughter &I went yesterday to get new phones as mine died. Lex helped us out and she was Amazing!! Brought up our plan that we had currently and gave us options to save $$ on 4 lines, basically brought my phone back to life so she could transfer all my data to my new Iphone and got great trade in value for it and my daughters phone plus my daughter had her 4 yr old son with her and Lex was super attentive to him too printed out coloring sheets so he could color. This store is an absolute nightmare. I came in with a replacement already authorized by T-Mobile corporate, but the staff here made it impossible. The woman who "helped" me was rude, unprofessional, and honestly made me feel like she was trying to withhold or even steal my phone. I ended up leaving and going through corporate directly because they were completely useless. The staff is sexist, untrained, and untrustworthy. There are no bathrooms, no accessibility for disabled customers, and zero customer service skills anywhere in sight. While I was waiting, I overheard another customer complaining that someone here had taken pictures of his credit card information. Whether or not that's true, it tells you everything about how shady this place feels. This location is nothing but scams and incompetence. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different T-Mobile store -- or better yet, deal with corporate directly. This place should not even be open. read more

I have been a t-mobile customer for decades. I have had the same plan since 2017. my plan included up to 3 lines of service, I just recently added the third line. since adding the line they have told me that my plan did include the line but then they billed me for the additional line. Now they claim I have to pay $145 for three lines instead of the $90 on my original contract. I asked to speak with a manager in order to resolve the issue. it's been almost three weeks and o have not had a return call. My next bill is coming up to be paid so I had to remove auto pay so they won't take money from me then issue me a credit. Worst experience I have ever had with customer service at this location. I'll spare everyone the details of why I needed assistance in the first place. Store manager LEX has the worst bed side manner ever. Did not make eye contact, smile, or even communicate other than asking basic questions. Disappeared for almost an hour and at the end of it did not believe me when I said her precious employee RILEY failed to give me correct information in November when I upgraded my phone. I had no bill estimate or even a side by side comparison on how this upgrade would affect my account. Now I am stuck paying an extra $50 I was not planning for and after continuous efforts to try and resolve RILEYS mistake. I got nothing. The first moment I get a chance to switch carriers I will because T-Mobile did not care about their failure in communicating with their customers and apparently in 14 days I should know my future bill and can't even get my old phone back which was traded in. Never again. LEX work on your manners and RILEY instead of being rushed you should give customers the 100% truth on what their bill will be and show proof on paper. Scarlet and Assistant manager were nicer than these two individuals and agreed with me but apparently only LEX can make decisions and failed to help.
