I'm changing my rating because I received a defective product, was apologized to, and offered a new product by the owner. That's how a professional runs their business and that's a business owner I can respect and support. I go in there on a Wednesday night to get my screen protector replaced and as luck would have it, all of the matte iPhone 5C screen protectors are defective. Womp womp. The owner felt bad that I had to wait about 45 minutes (he had a lot of other customers when I walked in there) to hear that I'd have to come back yet again to get my screen protector replaced. Instead of letting me leave empty handed, he put on a different (tempered glass, ergo way more expensive) screen protector, wasn't matte, but was explosion-proof... He installed it quickly and came out beautiful. I left really happy, my long journey to Queens was not in vain. Great customer service, really nice guy and very honest and friendly even though I left the meanest review earlier, with a lot of vulgarity. I'll be back if I have any iPhone issues or any issues with my Macbook, as all of my Applecare has long expired. PS- I'm sure the guy that works on Saturday is a nice dude and all but he's inexperienced and not knowledgable.
