Friday 1pm during covid-19 My husband and I walked up to the…read morestore and the first thing we noticed was a large sign on the door. All customers must be wearing a mask and the number of customers is limited inside the store. As there always is, an AT&T associate greets you at the door, asks your name, and your business for the day. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait and asked for a phone number we could be reached. We were not allowed to wait in the store. Since it was a hot day we walked over to the mall. Since the stores open are very limited, we decided to wait in our car. After a total of 45 minutes, we decided to walk back to the store. The associate at the door said we were next . After 5 minutes standing outside, we were called in. The associate helping us was wearing a mask (incorrectly) and we were wearing masks too. We stood on the opposite sides of the table while we shared our business. In a nutshell, the associate couldn't help us. He gave us the phone number to the "loyal customer" person and said she we should call to get our problem solved.
