I went in today to trade in my phone. My old phone had a screen protector that was put on by a…read moreprevious retailer and they were having trouble removing it. The employees were whispering amongst themselves and laughing as if I wouldn't notice. The manager then made eye contact with me and asked with attitude if I had applied the screen protector myself. When I responded "nope" (cuz I was fuc*king over it) she continued in the sense that she didn't believe it. Clearly, I shouldn't give a damn what others think but fu*k these people do not belong in customer service. They are beyond FAKE. I had a very concerning experience when helping my elderly parents upgrade their phones at this…read morestore. My parents are on my phone plan and went in for an upgrade. They were assisted by an employee named Jorge. During the visit, they traded in their old phones and left them with him. Later, I received a bill showing charges for phones that were supposedly not returned, even though my parents had already handed them over. I called Jorge during the week (he told me he works in Selma during the week and Dinuba on Sundays). He said he could not help me over the phone and that I would have to go in person to the Dinuba store so he could look for the phones. I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me there wasn't one. I also asked if he could have a coworker check for the phones, but he said he preferred to look himself because others might not do a proper search. When Sunday arrived, I called again and explained that this issue needed to be fixed and that I would escalate to corporate if necessary. Suddenly, he was able to correct the issue in the computer right away. This left me wondering why it could not have been resolved when I first called during the week. Overall, this experience was stressful and concerning, especially because my elderly parents were involved. AVOID AVOID AVOID JORGE !!!!!

(I'm cursed) lol Any who, I was helped by a dude named José, who is extremely nice, helpful, and patient. He put together and set up my iPhone for me and got me out the door in about 15 minutes. He was so kind and professional and even though I apologized numerous times for being ignorant in my techy ways, he said it was no big deal (to me it was). He also perfectly placed my screen protector on (another thing I would've screwed up). There is no charge for this service by the way. The manager was helping someone else when I was there and the person he helped was also gratitude filled. Seems like management is doing an excellent job ensuring everyone walks out satisfied and pleased with their visit. I'm relieved and happy for the assistance with the set up in more ways than one.
