I went to this location at 7:56p to exchange headphones that I purchased. 2 staff members inside…read moreinformed me that the store was closed although the online hours of operation and sign on the door stated that the store closes at 8p. One associate motioned her hands to say "no" weren't not open when I pulled the door. After looking at my watch, I questioned her about the closing time. The associate then asked what I needed. I informed her that I wanted to make an exchange for headphones. She said that they didn't have the headphones that I was looking to purchase (even though she never even looked at the items I had in my had). I told her that I was looking to exchange them for airpods and pay the difference. She then stated that they did not sell AirPods at this location. I just informed her that I would write a review. I hate when people get jobs in customer service/retail but they hate doing the actual job. This really ruined my experience as I rushed to get here before they closed.

Walked dressed in slacks shirt and tie. Upon walking, was greeted by an older asia gentleman. Apparently, he must hv been the owner and the technicians were younger Asian gentlemen. Told the older gentleman I need both batteries replaced. And I asked what the warranty was on the batteries. He stated, that the warranty was for a yr. Both batteries were replaced both watches were working and I left satisfied. Not two weeks later I Geneva watch wasn't working anymore. So I went back to the shop. The older gentleman wasn't in however the younger gentleman that replaced the battery. Stated that they don't give warranties and they don't hv that battery at the present. So I would not recommend and jwould suggest that all reconsider. Doing business with this establishment. They don't honor there warranties and hv no integrity. I'll just travel 20 mins more to my regular watch repairs shops. Located in Iverson mall. I've never had a problem in over 20 yrs. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this store. I dropped of a laptop because the screen…read morewas not working on a Saturday. The employee that was helping me said that they will order the part on Monday, it should come in Tuesday or Wednesday and the laptop should be ready to pick up by next weekend. The store notified me on Tuesday that my laptop was ready to be picked up. I went and picked it up and the screen is back to working again and the price was very reasonable. M. D. and his crew at the store were very good.

I bought a black one. I asked if broken screens were the biggest reason for visits. The employee said yes. My husband asked how much it would cost to unlock a phone. The employee said, "$30 or $35. The service agent, David, was not knowledgeable and took forever to answer simple questions. After being on the phone for 40 minutes and having the call dropped 3 times, I got my answer....they could not reduce the cost of service to a lower cost option. Lesson learned, don't waste your time with Xfinity customer service; it's a total waste of time!!!
