I had already visited 1-2 locations as well as prior to this one along with reaching out to the help desk who all were telling me "oh it's just from you not paying your bill, it's fees." Mind you the bill was being paid. Customer service here was great I would love to leave a name but cant remember. Young black lady sat down with me went over my bill and what was going on and gave me the proper procedure to get this issue resolved. Needless to say I was able to get this 800$ bill fixed. Along with a credit to my account and a few other things were awarded. Had i not stopped at this location I'm not sure if this issue would have ever been resolved so THANK YOU SO MUCH!

When we first came in we were greeted by Chris, which was helping another customer at the time. We waitesd patiently and he let us know that he'd be right with us. He was attentive and caring enough to let us know that he'd be right with us even though the customers he was helping asked unending questions! Once it was our turn to be helped he did everything he could to assist us. Unfortunately we couldn't get the $50 switch deal and Chris couldn't figure out why. Chris helped us in getting our accout # from the old phone company and was able to switch my son's service over seamlessly! Although I spent way more money than I wanted to, Chris was a big help and his customer service is amazing. Kudos! I gave 4stars because of the $50 deal. My elderly boss went into the store over the weekend with the intent of upgrading his device. He was in the store for over two hours for what shouldn't have taken more than 45 mins to complete. He was incorrectly charged 1k for a transaction that should only have charged taxes (according to HQ). They added a completely new line to his device, resulting in him having a dual sim when it was not needed, nor what he had initially gone in for. They charged him insurance on both lines despite them being linked to one singular device! While I understand errors can be made, we are human, and the associate handling this transaction might have not been trained properly. It was later brought to my attention, the actual store manager was the one assisting him throughout this transaction. I've tried calling the store directly for 3 days straight unable to get through. The line rings and goes directly to voicemail. Personally I do not like to leave bad reviews, however if you have an elderly parent/family member or friend, please be weary of letting them go alone when it comes to upgrading devices or adding anything to their plan. It's been made clear to me not all have the patience to explain and suggest the best options to the client except for what benefits the sales associate.
