Yelp--please let us start giving 0 star reviews! This place is HORRIBLE. The guys working here are…read morenice, but they don't tell you about the charges and quality of products you are getting from Victra nor do they tell you a simple phone upgrade will take over 2 hours--WASTE OF TIME. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They charge a setup fee on a new phone even if they don't do anything--aka iCloud does it. The accessories are all overpriced and further the rep PureGear products which really are the worst! My wireless charger (overpriced at $50) stopped working after a couple months. My screen phone (also overpriced at $50) was supposed to have a "pure pledge" which the Victra Associate told me would reimburse me $100 for phone repair or replacement if it failed to protect my phone. You are also supposed to get a free replacement if it gets damaged. Welp, both happened to me. The protector cracked within the first week. I was unable to get through to customer service for MONTHS. Finally, they fixed their site so you can easily get the screen protector replacement, but they charge $12 for "shipping & handling" which I find ridiculous since companies like OtterBox charge half of that. Then a cup fell on my phone and cracked the screen protector AGAIN! proving this cover really isn't great. Not only did the protector break, but it breaking inward broke my screen. Since coronavirus is a thing, I could not go get a screen repair and the damage quickly began to effect functionality to the point that I could not use my phone. I had to put in an insurance claim and pay $200 for a damn refurbished replacement (which Vitra also did not tell me... that the insurance plan they sign you up for will send you refurbished, not new phone, as they explained in store). I contacted PureGear for my $100 reimbursement and they will not give it to me. They will only pay $100 if the phone is repaired, not replaced. Like WHAT? Great policy. Victra will not do anything to help me out here (even though they lied) or stand behind the products that THEY RECOMMEND and push on you for an inflated price. I will never go back.

There was an issue with…read moremy activation and 3 hours for corporate to fix the issue and Youself showed his incredible multi-tasking skills helping each customer at the same time. He ended up staying 2 hours after closing just to resolve my issue. Hands down I wish all customer service employees were even a fraction like Yousef!

The representative was clearly very distracted and handed me the new phone then took it back. Because of him doing so much at once made error that lead to my phone being shipped to me unnecessarily -- a mistake that could have been avoided with better focus and communication. To make matters worse, I was then misinformed about needing to call in to cancel lines, which I later learned was not accurate. This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay. I expect a prompt resolution to the issue with my device and clarification regarding the misinformation provided about line cancellations. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better training and accountability for your staff. Oh it gets even better he sent me the WRONG DAMN PHONE! As expected you say oh let us make it right yet don't even call!!! Got the WEONG PHONE TODAY!

Interesting that Victra replied on Yelp that they would like to address my complaint if I emailed…read morethem at an address provided. Over the past two weeks, I have sent three emails and have obtained no reply whatsoever. I even sent them the invoice number, amount, and date. Fast forward 30 min, and we arrived only to be told to wait "another 10 min for the safe to open." Fine, we go next door to eat, then come back. The same guy who who was being helped is still needing help. It's insane how much the sales rep talks. Just do what you need to do and slim down on the chitterchatter, especially when 7 people are waiting and you are the only person working in the store. Get people in and out, brobro. Nothing is "just 20 minutes" with you. We waited almost 2 hours to even be called up to get our phone after being 2nd in line for the whole 2 hours. Like you couldn't have started our transfer while talking to him? I don't get it. You checked out the 2 customers that were buying random shit but didn't start our phone transfer? This is almost as bad as Comcast. The only difference is that you can skip the automated voice on the comcast customer support line, and you can't skip our sales reps voice. Both will still waste 2 hours of your time getting 1 simple task done, helping other people in line behind you, and having annoying music playing in the background while you are waiting. Go to ANY other store unless you have time to fucking kill or want to hear about sports betting from the sales rep during the NCAA tournament weeks. Jake n kev

My family and I have purchased cell phones at this store twice and at the Earleigh Heights store,…read moreand it was great at first. It's certainly gone down hill. Now, just go to the corporate store in Marley Station mall. The first few experiences were fine. The consultants were knowledgeable, and seemed eager to help you find the phone you wanted. The prices were on par with the corporate stores, and had the same selection of phones. This last year, however, it seems to really have changed. The associates seemed to only care about selling packages or plus-up items. The consultants kept pushing us towards phones that we didn't actually want -- the Motorola Droid had just dropped, and while I walked in knowing that I wanted the (on sale) BlackBerry Tour, I had to continuously tell the rep that I wasn't interested in. Package wise, they have their own services that they sell and get commission on. Make sure you notice that the insurance they sell you is NOT the Verizon insurance. That little oversight has cost me a lot of time. The last straw for me, though, was when my 78 year old grandmother went into the store to try to get help with her prepaid phone. She thought that her phone was broken because she couldn't hear a dial tone. Instead of helping to troubleshoot the phone, the representative sold her a new phone on a 2 year, $40 a month contract with plus ups. I'm sure he enjoyed getting his commission on all the goodies he sold, but they've lost my business for good. Not cool guys. Not cool. Going to the corporate stores from now on. No more Executive Wireless for me.
