Verizon is fortunate to have him, and he deserves recognition for his outstanding work. Eli shouldn't just be a manager, he should be running the entire company! The guy in the mall outside of this office did it in 2 minutes for free without asking where you bought this glass and whose customer are you. I understand that one employee doesn't represent the whole company but exactly experience like this will affect our decision about switching to the different provider.

When he finally got my last message last week and read my 1-star review he acknowledged that he had never received my voice mails. Today he came to my home and fixed my computer to the extent that he could. He will come to "clean it up" next week. I am glad to see that it was a glitch in his voice messaging system and not with him.
