The staff just seem like they don't want to be there. They're not enthusiastic about helping, and their tone often comes across as annoyed that they have to deal with customers at all. The service is also very slow when it comes to looking into issues or answering questions. Instead of feeling welcomed or helped, it honestly feels like you're inconveniencing them by being there. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that some days are busier or more stressful than others. But when you work in a customer-facing environment, customers should at least be greeted and made to feel like someone is willing to help them. Both of my experiences here have been unpleasant, and unfortunately I would not recommend coming to this AT&T location.

Even tho the Rep showed us a print out of our upgraded two phone lines we did not see the additional unauthorised charges until our Feb bill. Called in to get unauthorised line cancelled and charges credited but Rep stated it takes one billing cycle. No credit applied so calling back AGAIN ! Heed warning - two months later and STILL dealing with it. I DO NOT recommend this store ! Also my iCloud did not sync properly so I get continuous pop ups and would have to delete my iCloud to sync my phone but would lose what's on iCloud now.

No SENIOR DISCOUNTS. Then we had to call another Cricket office if we wanted to cancel the phone. You can NOT cancel your phone at the store in person. Then I had to have the store manager to call them because *611 was not working. I could not get the credit back for the $21.67 that I charged 20 minutes ago. Obviously we were on hold for 8 minutes and the managers phone died. Started all over. Can't use my phone because it is connected to my Cricket account. On hold after I was told I would not get my $21.67 account. Cricket Corporate give your stores access to cancel and give credits!! Pretty pathetic customer service. They Cannot look up accounts unless you have the phone number or PIN #. Don't lose these items. I am probably going to cancel my account after this fiasco!

I actually really do like the simplicity of the internet service they offer because it is one little square cube that you plug into the wall and plug into your TV and you are good to go. I really like that because I am not computer savvy whatsoever so I didn't have to put one wire here one wire there give my blood in the first born child like all the other services. Now the problem that I had which took me almost 10 hours to figure out (yes don't laugh because I already said I am not by any means computer savvy) when trying to pay your bill online for strictly internet when it asks for your mobile phone number IT IS NOT your actual personal mobile number it is a phone number with a local area code that is attached to the box! It is not your phone number that you used to set up the account but a phone number that is assigned to your internet service. It was driving me insane because it kept telling me my information was wrong so I started pressing the little? Icon trying to figure out what on Earth they meant by my information not being correct because I do know my information lol. That is when I discovered that what they consider your " MOBILE" VERIZON NUMBER is actually the phone number that is on the back of the box. Just wanted to give people a heads up about this to save possible headaches and frustration when paying your bill.

The easy one to explain is the phone insurance. I told him in zero uncertain terms that we absolutely did not want the insurance plan. He put it on anyway. The next one is actually diabolical. They have the deal where you get netflix/hbo with ads for $10/month. He told us the plan without ads is $20/month, so we asked to add that plan. What this scam artist actually did was put the $10/month plan with ads, the Netflix premium, and the HBO premium, all separately for a total of $34.50 per month. Yelp won't publish this review if I accurately describe what category of human being this individual is. During our time spent there, he proudly explained that he makes commission and makes more money at Verizon than he did working in IT. Now we know how.

Also trying to find someone that replaces watch batteries anymore is a real challenge. The same with car fobs and garage door openers. They do that, and they don't overcharge. They will also recycle 5 pounds of batteries for free. They also work on cellphones.
