This is the second time I've visited this AT&T store in the past nine months or so, and unfortunately both experiences have been the same. The staff just seem like they don't want to be there. They're not enthusiastic about helping, and their tone often comes across as annoyed that they have to deal with customers at all. The service is also very slow when it comes to looking into issues or answering questions. Instead of feeling welcomed or helped, it honestly feels like you're inconveniencing them by being there. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that some days are busier or more stressful than others. But when you work in a customer-facing environment, customers should at least be greeted and made to feel like someone is willing to help them. Both of my experiences here have been unpleasant, and unfortunately I would not recommend coming to this AT&T location. read more

It's now March and I'm still dealing with these issues created by Rep at this retail store - an unauthorised added line and then unauthorised fees. Even tho the Rep showed us a print out of our upgraded two phone lines we did not see the additional unauthorised charges until our Feb bill. Called in to get unauthorised line cancelled and charges credited but Rep stated it takes one billing cycle. No credit applied so calling back AGAIN ! Heed warning - two months later and STILL dealing with it. I DO NOT recommend this store ! Also my iCloud did not sync properly so I get continuous pop ups and would have to delete my iCloud to sync my phone but would lose what's on iCloud now. read more

They acknowledge all customers when you come in even if they are busy helping other people. They are quick, efficient and nice. If you are coming to trade in a phone from purchasing another one, they know exactly what they are doing and I was only in the store for 5 minutes. Jessica was our representative & her attitude was nasty! I came in with a nice attitude & said Hi & all but because I was returning, she was rude!!! AT&T tend to tell you "it's only "this" much more to add a line or whatever but after weeks have gone by & you finally receive your monthly bill, you then realize they've added $131 to your bill. Terrible customer service over the phone but especially in store! Don't recommend it! Can't wait to get out of this contract! I would give 0 stars if I could!!! read more

Went to store when my wife got off work at 6, we live in Fernley, we got to the store at 7:11 I opened the door to another couple, as I'm polite (no thank you from couple) one employee (only one in the store) was helping another customer, and afterward asked who was next...still being polite I let the other couple go first as I had opened the door for them...so after 15 minutes of the employee helping the other couple she asks us what we want, when I say new phones, she tells me that we should just go ahead and leave as she'll be unable to help us now...at 7:20 I mention that the only reason that we weren't before the other couple was my being polite...I get a dirty look and a shrug, my wife says that we could go to Verizon and the employee dismissed us with, that's fine! The other couple giggled. The employee smiled...and while we were in our car, other customers went in and seemed welcomed! I can't help but feel it was racist as the couple I allowed in before us were Mexican, and the last customers that seemed welcomed were also of Mexican heritages as was the employee! Maybe I'm wrong, but it's how it felt! I'm stopping my internet service and going to Verizon! read more

Do you want to go to a circus without going to the circus ? Stop into your local AT&T store here at legends mall. I would've been more hopeful of receiving actual help if I saw a domesticated raccoon wearing a top hat in this store instead of the 4 useless employees that were present when I visited. I stopped in one afternoon with VERY simple questions reguarding my phone account as well as Wi-Fi. Before I could even elaborate, I was immediately told that I needed to go to corporate to go over my phone plan and Wi-Fi? Almost busting out laughing, the 4 employees that were present in the store I guess are only capable of selling their hilariously overpriced phone accessories. All in all, AT&T has great matching standards. Both their phone & Wi-Fi is beyond awful, right alongside their laughable customer service. read more

I thought I had a good experience with Leslie after she helped us because she made us believe our bill would decrease. I spoke too soon because once our bill came, it significantly increased $180 instead of decreasing the expected $40. I left a positive review on the att survey that was sent after our visit and can't redact it so I wanted to come on here and share my experience. Leslie assured us MULTIPLE times that by adding additional lines and getting the iPhone 14 promo that it would decrease our bill, we even found it hard to believe and had to reiterate that our bill would in fact decrease. She went on to say that the more lines you add, the cheaper the bill gets, changing the phones to a different plan would also decrease the bill, and that people don't believe it either that by adding lines and phones, it would lower your bill. After basically guaranteeing to us that our bill would decrease we went ahead and added the lines with the phone promotion because she said it could end any day, so we didn't want to miss the opportunity. Boy, were we duped. Our bill finally came the next month and instead of decreasing $40 it increased $180. We contacted Leslie to look into it and she said she didn't understand why our bill was all messed up and instead of helping us to get our bill straightened out to what was quoted, she handed us off to the district manager Bryan Rodriguez who hasn't even given us the time to fix our issue and doesn't seem to be honoring our initial quote so now it appears we're stuck with this ridiculously enormous bill and Leslie did not want any part in assisting us with straightening things out with her manager and telling him what needed to be done. Now, she's saying she doesn't remember what she told us and that all she knows is our bill wasn't supposed to go up. She should be telling the manager that our bill was supposed to decrease and if she doesn't remember, then att should check the video footage from that day and listen to the whole conversation of what she told us Wednesday April 24th. Now I'm extremely frustrated and it's all "he said, she said" and I have to somehow convince the district manager of the quote we were initially given and guaranteed to be. Absolutely ridiculous, messed up computer system that prorates and adds additional charges but doesn't add correct promotions. Extremely unsatisfied, extremely upset, and don't understand why I have to try and prove what was quoted to me to hopefully get my bill fixed to decrease. read more

Went here to clear up some confusion caused by a little mishap I had called Identity theft. The people who helped me were nothing short of awesome. If only the humans that are behind this behemoth of a company could learn just how valuable overall customer service can be. As we unraveled the mess caused by some evil evil person in Palmdale I was pleasantly surprised not only by the friendliness of the staff but also of the way that the gentleman was able to keep me calm during such a frustrating ordeal. Lots of sympathy and acknowledgment on his part. Whoever hired that guy made a great hire! Overall AT&T still sucks in Reno. But this store does a good job every time I go in. read more

I am writing this because I was SCAMMED by the ATT Store in Legends, Sparks. After seeing the commercial on TV about New and Existing Customers are eligible to get a phone. I decided I needed to upgrade from my iphone 7+. When I went into the ATT Store, the first thing I said was I wanted to get the Phone that you had on the commercial that was FREE. The Gentleman that helped checked to see the Value of my iphone 7+. I qualified for the new phone. He asked me what color I would like. I did not care. During our conversation I kept saying I do not want payments cause the phone was free. He went back to get the phone from the back. He also brought me a paper to sign. I asked him what this was. The reason I asked him was I had just broken my Glasses. He told me it was a RECEIPT showing they gave me a credit of $350.00 for my old phone. Yesterday we received our first bill since I got the new phone. I noticed that I was being charged a monthly payment for the new phone. It turns out that he DID NOT give me the correct phone. At NO TIME did he tell me I have a monthly payment and he did NOT ask me if I wanted to get the insurance plan. At NO TIME did he tell me that I have 14 days to return it. I went back to the store today to tell them the issue. I sat there for 45 minutes before I was helped. The Young Lady that helped me (Less than 2 Minutes) gave me the Loyalty number and said I have to deal with them. All they told me was they phone is mine and I could not give it back because it was past the 14 days. Even though he pulled a fast one. I called their Loyalty Number *7283. Once you get a phone and you get out the door they no-longer want to deal with you. Basically they pulled the old switcheroo on me. Be careful when dealing with this store. I recommend that switch and go to T-mobile. They have better deals (20% Cheaper) that will save you money and possibly get a new phone for free. Another thing most people do not know. Most people keep their phone for almost 4 years before they get a new one. Check your Bill, you are being charged $5.00 every month for the right to get upgrade your phone. That means you are paying $240 just to be able to upgrade. That's FREE money for AT&T. You can still upgrade anytime you like. AT&T puts PROFIT over Customers. If I could give AT&T a MINUS STAR I would have. read more

IF I could give them no stars I would but then this is AT & T's motto (Bad, Bad, bad, bad service) I have been to two stores and the employees are just stuck in limbo waiting on hold for hours for services from a tech office somewhere. So everyone just stands around or sits around doing nothing. (or texting with their friends on their phones) why they were on hold with one department or another waiting for them to help them help us. I was at this store just waiting on them waiting for someone to pick up a tech office somewhere out there in the world for over 3 hours with no results at all. ( Sometimes after you wait an hour on hold the tech just hangs up on them if they don't like the question, so you have to start at the beginning again and be put back on hold for another 30 to 60 min or more...) AND let me warn you in advance they have NO BATHROOMS you can use so you better wear an adult diaper or something if you don't want to humiliate yourself begging a nearby business to use theirs. read more

Went to this store since hubby and I were in the area, and he wanted to inquire some information about our wireless service. The assistant manager, Jamie, greeted us within a minute of us walking in, and got us on the waiting list, which was visible on a flat screen tv, so that one of her staff members could help us with our questions. Taylor approached us within less than five minutes, and answered the list of inquiry that my husband had for him, and gave us relevant information that we had not yet considered so that we could make an informed decision. He was patient, professional and helpful, especially when he stepped away to call customer support to thoroughly research the answer to a particular question. We didn't feel rushed, though the store was fairly busy with customers. I was pleased with our level of customer service, and I would recommend this particular store if someone told me they had questions or wanted help with their AT&T service. read more

I went to this store, even though it is across town for me, because of past experience. This store has always impressed me with customer service. A year ago, I wanted to buy my daughter a new iPhone for her birthday, but they didn't have the color I wanted for her. The store manager called another store, and instead of sending me to that other store, he had someone pick it up for me and bring it to the store I was at! Worst customer service! Full excuses and short of assistance! Had an appointment and sat in my car in front of the store as I watched them assist other people for the last 30 minutes. I called and was told people were on lunch and other associates not scheduled in until 2:00. So what exactly is the point of the appointment then if you don't have the staff? I went to this store to check out wireless adapters for a laptop that use a telephone network. Upon entrance it's very impressive. There is little inventory cluttering up space except on the main walls of the business, providing a comfortable spacious feel. The lighting is colorful enough to be interesting, but not enough to be annoying like in Western Village or the Peppermill. And the lighting is limited. Upon entering, you will be approached by a friendly sales rep. They always have enough, even on busy days. There is no wait which is a real plus. The sales reps have been there before which makes it unusually not awkward to deal with them. They don't seem nervous, nor are they pushy. The sales reps are also extraordinarily well versed in the terms of available contracts for their products and can provide reasonable justifications for disagreeable elements. In my case, I found that their wireless adapter service was expensive and I didn't like the fee if you tried the service and didn't like it of like $45 or whatever it was. I think they also charged you for any airtime you used. AT&T is a behemoth in the industry. They know it and they treat their customers that way in my experience having them for residential phone service. The result is higher prices and less consumer friendliness than a place like T-mobile. This store reflects that sort of dominance, but I was still mightily impressed with the nice store and quality of service that I received. If it was back a few years ago and I wanted an iPhone (HAD TO HAVE AN IPHONE) I would probably go to this store and really enjoy the experience. I've been in quite a few retail wireless provider stores and this store was easily the best managed and most pleasant experience even though I didn't come even close to getting what I wanted. read more

I have been a long time AT&T customer. I have been in about every store but this one. I went in with the idea of just getting a upgrade IPhone for the wife but after a long discussion with our sales guy and discussing the condition of mine and my daughters phone he found us a upgrade package perfect for our budget. These guys are knowledgeable and anyone who says otherwise either works for the competition or was fired from this place. I will highly recommend this store to anyone who wants AT&T services come to this store if your are in Reno Sparks area. Don't forget to all my Union Brothers and Sisters these guys give nice discounts along with my fellow Military and retired Military folks as well. You have to ask. I went into this location and got the worst service I have ever gotten out of AT&T. I pay over $250 a month for our phones/ plans. I bought screen protectors from another company and everyone I know said I should go into AT&T to have them put them on since they are great at it and I cannot install them properly. I went in and asked an employee and he said that there was no way he could do that as they do not warranty it unless I buy it there, so they would not do it. I told him I was ok with them not being liable and I would even sign something stating they were not responsible. He still said he could not help me. I asked if a Manager would be able to ok it and he said no and would not ask. I understand they won't warranty it, and maybe if your screen protectors weren't so expensive I would've bought it there. However, being that I spend more then $250 per month on my bill, I do not understand why they could not help me. Once we pay our phones off, we will be going to another company. read more

the staff at this store are great; however, do not under any circumstances pick up u-verse!!! horrible, horrible, horrible! have had this for 2 months and nothing but trouble. from hdmi issues (called 3 times, tech out once), losing channels (specifically nfl network), and now additional channels are in "negotiations". to top it off, there is a $360+ fee to cancel early. so, i am stuck for another 10 months...then back to charter. so disappointed in at&t! read more

I would give this store 5 stars if I was just reviewing the main employee that helped me named Santi. But I am reviewing the store as a whole so I will give it 3 stars. I went into this store yesterday after my Samsung phone charger burnt itself and my phone And I was looking to get a refund for the damage it caused to my phone. First I was helped by the asst manager named Warren who did a very poor job and seemed to not care in the slightest about my problem first he offered me a new charger and that was all even though clearly my phone itself was damaged and needed to be exchanged. I asked for the main store manager and he went into the back to go get him and then came back out a few minutes later without the manager and still just trying to give me a new charger and be done with it though clearly I needed more assitance than that to make sure my charger didn't burn up again and melt. During All of this one of the associates Santi was talking with me and trying to figure out how to do a refund for me since his asst manager was no help and the manager was in the back "on the phone" Santi even took the time to call at&t warranty about the problem but at this point the manager named Rob finally came out and told Santi the codes to do the refund and so he did and my problem was resolved. So thanks to Santi I left a happy customer and I hope that he gets promoted to manager at some point or finds a job that actually apperciates his outstanding effort to customer service. Santi isn't just an at&t rep that could care less about you and your problems. He genuinely cares about you and is willing to help in anyway possible unlike most of the employees he works with. read more
