Wow! Buyer beware! I…read morejust left this store after ordering an IPhone 15 ProMax. The female employee does not have good listening skills which resulted in having to call customer service to continue the buying process. This transaction took 1 hour and 45 minutes. She was quick to tell me that with the trade-in value of my phone, the additional monthly cost to our bill would only be $25. What she did not disclose was she added $23 a month extra for an upgrade feature and phone insurance. Then she was ready to send me out the door without any printed sales information which I had to request and did receive. I asked that she print the account information which would show the monthly bill and she said she would email it . I reviewed the email in the store and that's when I discovered all the add-ons. This store is not forthcoming or transparent.

The girl working there said yes. Sorry I forgot your name. She was sooo Helpful me and my wife both got brand new phones. She did everything herself and just asked need to know questions. It was super fast I got a case a Screen protector for 2 phones and charge cord and I didn't have to do much of anything. It was such a great experience! He helped me pick out a phone & Accessories and had no issue explaining and re explaining everything. As he was transferring data from my old phone he said the apps would take about an hour to down load so I could leave and come back. So I did. I retuned in about an hour and a half. The person helping had gone to lunch so another employee told me "here's your phone." So I sat at the desk and looked at my new phone. I asked him why the apps looked funny and he said I had to hit the app icon on the old phone to reload. I believe he sherked his responsibility and didn't get that done in the First man's absence. It was taking a long time and asked him how long it would take. He said he didn't know. I started to have difficulties and had to call apple. Having a new phone in my hands and being on the phone with apple I was having trouble navigating my phone and began to escalate. The man who was charged with helping me just sat on a stool and wouldn't help. I asked him to put my new phone on speaker and he did. Never offering to help. 3hours later, I asked if they had a ladies room. I was told no. I said "I just spent a grand in your store and I can't use the ladies room. So some other man said I could look at the bathroom and agree I would not sue if I fell from the stuff on the floor. I asked where there was a bathroom I could use and was told Good Will Store. That is up a hill. I need replacements in both knees and have a bum ankle. So I just sat there. I then went to Starbucks NEXT DOOR and I was allowed to use the rest room without any purchase and was provided a lock code. Eventually all my apps finally loaded. I'm a 65yo woman from South Boston who survived bussing in the 70s who still rides a Harley. I have more testosterone than all the white boys at this store combined. The young man who was patient, kind and PROFESSIONAL deserves a promotion and a raise if not for exercising his patience, he should get one for showing up for work with those clowns.

Well recently traveled to a couple of different area's of Washington state & Idaho where I have always had excellent service, now it is non existent! Recently was up by Tacoma, Washington & had NO SERVICE. My family was trying to reach me, I didn't even have text service. Called US CELLULAR & she couldn't get my phone to ping off a nearby tower. NOT ACCEPTABLE. So I changed to another carrier & purchased a new phone, no more problems. Sorry US Cellular, but you failed me!

I called him again the week after that, and he had given me more excuses as to why we had made zero progress. Finally after about a month, he stopped answering his phone completely, I got tired of it, and I drove in to get my phone. His location is 45 minutes from where I live one way, so this was a large time commitment. What I found when I got there during his normal business hours, was a bunch of mail stuffed under his door, his door was locked, so I left a note under his door with my phone number saying that I needed my phone back. This was about a month ago and I haven't heard anything back since I left that note. Now I haven't had my phone for about 2 months and I now am of the opinion that he stole my phone. I have made countless attempts to reach out. He is deliberately not getting back to me for some reason. Its worth it to go somewhere else, just not to have your items stolen from you.

I called again and ended up down a different path to information-only messages and a disconnected line. My third call, I was able to select the right choices to hopefully speak to a customer service representative. I was then on hold for six minutes with no option to leave my phone number and a call back request. I just hung up and figured they were busy at the time. I called the Tech Guru again just before 4:30pm, adventured through the phone answering system again, and found myself on hold again for a customer service representative. I was on hold for just over 14 minutes before I just gave up. I don't know how their service is... I wasn't able to talk to anyone or schedule a service appointment. Very frustrating.
