Wow! Buyer beware! I…read morejust left this store after ordering an IPhone 15 ProMax. The female employee does not have good listening skills which resulted in having to call customer service to continue the buying process. This transaction took 1 hour and 45 minutes. She was quick to tell me that with the trade-in value of my phone, the additional monthly cost to our bill would only be $25. What she did not disclose was she added $23 a month extra for an upgrade feature and phone insurance. Then she was ready to send me out the door without any printed sales information which I had to request and did receive. I asked that she print the account information which would show the monthly bill and she said she would email it . I reviewed the email in the store and that's when I discovered all the add-ons. This store is not forthcoming or transparent.

The girl working there said yes. Sorry I forgot your name. She was sooo Helpful me and my wife both got brand new phones. She did everything herself and just asked need to know questions. It was super fast I got a case a Screen protector for 2 phones and charge cord and I didn't have to do much of anything. It was such a great experience! Super happy to enjoy my phone! 16pro max with the biggest storage I can get and color I want and cool phone case. Me and my wife are super happy! 10 stars!

I brought my phone into him in order to get it fixed. After about a week, or so I called him back…read moreand he made no progress. I called him again the week after that, and he had given me more excuses as to why we had made zero progress. Finally after about a month, he stopped answering his phone completely, I got tired of it, and I drove in to get my phone. His location is 45 minutes from where I live one way, so this was a large time commitment. What I found when I got there during his normal business hours, was a bunch of mail stuffed under his door, his door was locked, so I left a note under his door with my phone number saying that I needed my phone back. This was about a month ago and I haven't heard anything back since I left that note. Now I haven't had my phone for about 2 months and I now am of the opinion that he stole my phone. I have made countless attempts to reach out. He is deliberately not getting back to me for some reason. Its worth it to go somewhere else, just not to have your items stolen from you.

I called again and ended up down a different path to information-only messages and a disconnected line. My third call, I was able to select the right choices to hopefully speak to a customer service representative. I was then on hold for six minutes with no option to leave my phone number and a call back request. I just hung up and figured they were busy at the time. I called the Tech Guru again just before 4:30pm, adventured through the phone answering system again, and found myself on hold again for a customer service representative. I was on hold for just over 14 minutes before I just gave up. I don't know how their service is... I wasn't able to talk to anyone or schedule a service appointment. Very frustrating.

Shady business practice. They upgrade you to business even if you don't ask for it (I found out…read morelater the salesperson got a commission for it), and with a business account the wait times are 5x longer for support as compared to a typical consumer account (confirmed by a sales associate). Thinking is that a business is too busy to worry about being on hold to get a good deal so they gouge you and hope you just autopay the overcharge, which most of us do. Avoid this place like the plague so far AT&T definitely better and Verizon is the best in my recent experience

I couldn't even continue, I had to leave. Upon reading more reviews, I don't even feel bad about rating this one star. I'm an educated engineer, so I would think my opinion is informed and non biased. That being said, these employees are uneducated garbage people, and are creating a terrible culture and atmosphere which shows very poorly on T-mobile as a company.
