Beware of this place! It's not what it seems! While they are able to sell you some T-Mobile branded equipment (albeit a very limited selection) and activate lines of service on your account, they are not recognized by the "corporate" stores as compatible with their return policies. So if you purchase something here, don't try to return it to ANY OTHER T-Mobile location. You have to come back HERE...even if you try multiple other stores. I have experienced this first-hand. If they sell you something, it becomes apparently-poisonous to any other retail location bearing the T-Mobile brand. If something doesn't work for you, you'll be subjected to their crazy 14-day return policy. Not 14 days +1 second, but 14 days, but not really, because according to their cranky by-telephone-only manager's manager, "day one begins on the day you buy something" (even if you were to purchase it at 11:59:59pm, you just ate up that day) -- so the clock starts ticking when you walk out of the store with your purchase. Even if the equipment you attempt to return was mislabeled (in my case, a laptop stick was incorrectly labeled as compatible with MacOS 10.4 and really requires 10.5), if it was mispriced (this store sold it to me for $100 even while the suggested retail price [SRP] on the T-Mobile web site was $72), BE PREPARED to fight over their definition of "14 days" as opposed to 14 realistic, human-calculated, actual days. If you buy something on a Thursday, don't expect to return it two Thursdays later, even though that 14 days would seem like "two weeks" in your head, because technically, you went too long beyond the "14 days." They will charge you crazy exorbitant restocking fees only if you're lucky enough to argue your case and talk to a cranky manager who calls in from the road...probably the golf course. There is apparently one manager who travels between this and other area stores, so good luck reaching this manager on your first attempt. Calling the store might dump you into voicemail if the one person working is too busy to answer the store's phone. Having said all of that, IF you shop here, expect: - slow, plodding service (sometimes only one person works the entire front counter even though there might be a line of complex cases ahead of you) - people who answer the phone (when they do) who do not necessarily communicate with other employees -- promising to "make note" of something (in my case, a scheduled return) but failing to do so; explaining that something is OK when they're working ("sure, bring in your return, that will be fine"), but then you might learn from other employees that "person x" was incorrect and gave out bad information - uninformed employees who don't know policies and can only do things after they check with other people while you stand there and patiently wait for them to pull outdated pieces of paper from under the counter, hemming and hawing over what it was supposed to say...maybe... - young, inexperienced staff who wouldn't know about "taking care of customers" if they offered a freshman class in it at the University of Central Missouri Overall, I have now put this store in the category of "T-Mobile places you COULD go when you have to be in Warrensburg for other things, and have no other place to turn. Use as a last resort, not a first choice." If you have the option of going elsewhere (a more formal T-Mobile "corporate" store in line with company prices and procedures), TAKE THAT OPTION. You will save yourself a world of grief.

I brought several SD cards, hard drives, and phones for them to specifically extract ONLY THE…read morePHOTOS from those devices and consolidate and move them to an external hard drive. Instead, they copied each drive in its ENTIRETY to my external hard drive. The point was so I could quickly and easily access all of my photos in ONE PLACE. I have the same problem I had before I entered their business. I still have to click through tons of files to locate the photos on each individual drive. I could have copied and pasted the whole drives myself. I agreed to pay them per hour for their labor at $80 an hour. The total came to $295.38 for 3 hours plus other fees. I happily paid them. When I called to ask if they would try again and do the job I requested, Mike told me he already gave me a "deal because they actually put 6 hours of work into this instead of 3 and didnt charge me for the extra". Listen, if you would have billed me for 6 hours I would have paid for 6 hours. I did not ask for any favors. Mike said he would have to charge me additional labor to "reorganize" everything if I brought it back in. I shouldn't have paid them a dollar. They did NOT provide the services I requested to begin with. I will not pay for labor they did wrong to begin with. Example: If I pay a mechanic to change my tire but he spent the time rotating and balancing my existing tires instead... I would not be expected to pay him for the labor again. He spent his time doing the wrong thing. Not my fault.
