My phones were shipped to the store, so they could set it up. When I got there, a representative asked to purchase it from me cause her really needed it for a customer. The preceded to tell me if they said it up, it would take 4 hours and I would have to stay. Went home it took 30 min. I think it was the carryout that sat next to him in the bag that swayed that. They also tried to change the trade in amount when I turned in the phone versus when I purchased it. She cancelled her service but kept receiving bills. We came to the AT&T store and Ashley spent a good deal of time, talking to a far away person, who was not the easiest to understand, nor was he the smartest but Ashley's perseverance, patience and great skills finally worked to cancel the account and bring her it up to date.
