Martin (Marty) saved the day, again. The company itself kind of sucks. I purchased a phone that turned out to be defective and so did the replacement and I had to buy a new phone in order to get a different model - seriously, there was no way for them to give me a working phone, or even comp the new case and screen protector a new phone required! But the staff at this store, especially Marty, spent several hours investigating possible workarounds, promotions I might qualify for, and other options to get me a new phone at the lowest possible cost. As this is my second time doing this, and each time has involved multiple multi-hour visits ('only' 3 hours this time), I have gotten to know many staff members over the past few months and they are unfailingly as helpful as the company permits them to be. read more

This is the worst store that t-mobile has. I had received a replacement phone from another store, but was no longer wanting the replacement phone. I physically went into the store asking if I can just drop it off and have them update the status. They told me to go to UPS (as they apparently don't track inventory) to ship the phone back which I did. This was 3 weeks ago. Turns out I'm still getting charged for the replacement phone. The manager of this store hires people with LOW IQ. I highly suggest avoiding this store and finding one with employees with proper training. They don't know anything! read more

We ended up paying all kinds of extra money because she would tell us one thing and then change the price that she gave us that had been much cheaper but she kept charging the higher prices. She was incompetent in her work. Not only that, but she was in a rush to go home and did not do a good job. She completely screwed up my wife's phone.' if it wasn't for Kevin, we would not have even succeeded at getting the new phones. After she abandoned the project, Kevin completed it. She is disgraceful. I came back to the store and Kevin was busy. So I asked Alyssa to help me and she refused. She didn't want to be bothered. TRASH! DO NOT GO HERE! What a bunch of absolute idiots. Literally every single person in the store. Went in to get a test drive device that's supposed to be free. They made me sign up for an account and pay $30 and claimed I'd get that money back at the end of the trial. So, I paid it and then tried to use the device. It would not work. They didn't know how to get it to work. After HOURS on ther phone with t-mobile customer service, they told me the store was wrong and I needed to return the SIM card I paid for. So the very next day I returned the SIM and they gave me my money back and said the account was cancelled. The "manager" denied having told another employee that this was the way to do the test drive stuff. Fast forward to today, 7 weeks later, and I get a collections notice from T-Mobile for $160 for service I've never used. These idiots never cancelled the service, nor had t-mobile ever sent me a bill. I thought AT&T was terrible, but now I know so is T-mobile. read more

Apparently, according to the manager, this store's employees are not required to wear face masks properly. I went in and the clerk pulled down her mask to her lips, saying and laughing, "I can't breathe!" I immediately asked her to pull her mask back up and she ignored me until I asked several more times. (There are signs on the door requiring masks.) She went on break and I asked for the manager, who told me that "each store has its own policy" and that it's ok for the employees to take their masks down whenever they need to. We came to the store in June looking to switch over from Verizon because our phones were paid off and were told they had lower rates. Ali a sales rep #****283 helped us. We wanted to add a fourth line and get a phone because our daughter was starting middle school. We were going to just bring all three phones over and pay on a plan for the fourth. However, after picking my sons phone out Ali said wait just a minute would you like to upgrade your iPhone 6. We replied that just one installment plan on a new phone was plenty, so no thanks. He then proceeded to tell us that being new customers we were entitled to a promotion. The promotion was if we traded in our iPhone 6 we would receive an iPhone 8 for free because we were NEW customers. At that point we agreed and proceeded to switch carriers. We were told after the transaction was finished that our first few billing cycles may be more until they were able to manually apply our promotion into the system. Here it is November and I noticed that we were still being overcharged the $25 per month for the charge of the "free" iPhone 8. I call customer service which was a 45 minute phone call only to be told that they spoke with the store and that I'd need to go in person to get this resolved. I was also told by customer service to go on Tuesday the 19th because this is when Ali would be working. I was told they needed to fix the billing error in the stores computer. Upon arrival at the store on the 19th, I asked to speak with Ali only to be told he wasn't working. I said ok, I'd like to speak with a manager. At this point is when I met Rico, the store manager. I explained the whole situation to him, which he briefly interrupted me to start to explain that we didn't qualify for said promotion. I then asked if we were lied to by Ali. He then said no, you're putting words into my mouth I didn't just say that you didn't qualify, I need to look into this. I'm fairly certain that he knew I wasn't pleased. He then proceeded to call their billing people. Why was I sent in person to the store for him to then call billing. Customer service said this would be resolved in store with them making the computer changes to billing. Needless to say, I spent almost an hour in the store with him on the phone saying that our discrepancy needed to be escalated to another "manager". I asked why this was taking so long after being there for forty five minutes. He basically gave me the run around saying that we would be reimbursed for the five months of being charged for the phone, but that because we had only switched 3 phone lines and added a fourth that technically we did not qualify for the promotion. He informed me that I would receive credit and they would switch my bill to remove the installment charge, but he couldn't guarantee that they wouldn't switch it back to installments. I asked for some type of confirmation number that my bill would be reimbursed which he could not and did not provide. Long story short they took our paid off iPhone six, baited and switched us on the new iPhone and did not provide a resolution. This store and company are very unethical. We would not have agreed to purchase a six hundred dollar phone when we already had a phone that was paid off had we had honest communication from the store initially. So not only did they bait and switch us, but they also stole our iPhone. UPDATE! This issue still has not been resolved. I even emailed the company at the email listed below with no follow up. It's apparent they have very poor customer service! They're getting their money and that's all that matters to them. The least they could have done was offer me some money for the iPhone they stole!! read more

Very poor experience here - I was upsold on $80 worth of Samsung accessories for a promotional event- I submitted all of the paperwork and never received a refund -When I inquired about this in store they just told me that I didn't submit the paperwork in time (which I assured them I did). Thankfully after dialing 611 and explaining this to corporate, they credited my account. When I went back and inquired about this and the early termination fee reimbursement I was supposed to receive, I was told to dial 611 as "they couldn't do anything about it in the store." This store is just salespeople trying to smile and make commission. They are not interested in helping you at all unless they get commission, so I would say anyone looking for clarifications just contact Tmobile support from your phone and avoid the headache / unfriendliness of these people who only care about their sales numbers. read more

Let me start by saying, I've been a tmo customer for 15 years. My interaction with this retail store was hands down, the worst experience that I've ever had as a consumer in my entire adult life. Shady and unethical is putting it lightly. I purchased an S10 a few months ago and the screen stopped working last week. Trying to avoid the mall which was the closest location to me, I stopped in this Westminster store. The young man who helped me inspected my phone and said he was ordering a replacement since the phone was still under warranty and there was no physical damage. He told me it would take three days to arrive. I called this store 3x in 3 days AFTER the stated 3 days to inquire if the phone was there or when it would be and I got a different answer all three times. First it was "out for delivery" but they already received their delivery for that day so it would be there tomorrow, the next day their system was showing it as "shipped" and they didn't know when it would arrive, the third day their system was down and couldn't check. So I called customer care and the rep was able to give me the tracking number and informed me what day it would arrive; 4 days after the original date I was given. I tracked the package on the expected delivery day and saw that it was delivered at 1 pm but I was too busy to go get it that day so I waited until around 1 pm the following day. The sales associate I spoke to went to get the phone, came back and said "I just checked it in so it could take 15 minutes to catch up to our system" and then asked for the phone that wasn't functioning. He looked at my flawless, literally not even a scratch on it phone and told me he couldn't give me the replacement because there was LCD damage on my phone. Obviously, I looked puzzled, he proceeded to tell me that the LCD is what's behind the glass and he could tell that it was broken from being dropped or damaged in my pocket. I told him that it absolutely was not dropped or damaged as you can tell by looking at it and he called me a liar. He told me that he couldn't give me the replacement and I had to fill out an insurance claim instead and pay the $100 deductible. I left this store almost in tears over the way I was treated and called customer care. Thankfully I was routed to the local (Co. Springs) call center where an amazing young lady helped me. She consulted with her manager, along with the tech manager, whom told her that the only way to know if an LCD is broken by looking at a phone, is if the screen is lifting or cracked and also that a WARRANTY claim HAS to be submitted if there is no physical damage to a phone because insurance will REJECT a phone claim that DOESN'T have any physical damage; exact opposite information the sales associate used to hold my replacement phone hostage. After getting the information I needed from customer care and having my account noted, customer care told me to go back to the store to pick up my phone and have the store call them. When I arrived at the store 4 hours later, I was greeted by the same associate who asked "Did they note your account?" and I told him they did. Then he said he already cancelled my replacement phone and couldn't give it to me. Seemed odd that it was going to take them longer than a full day to check a phone in and he got that one canceled ASAP, but not too ASAP because when customer care called to speak to him five minutes after I left, he was unavailable on a conference call and it hadn't been canceled yet. As I was walking out of the store to call customer care to place a new order, I received a text and email saying my order was canceled; something he obviously did while I was standing there after telling me it was already done. The associates at this store are rude liars. I have no idea what this employees issue was, if they are stealing or what but I would cancel my 15 year long service with tmo before I ever went to this store again! read more

T-Mobile is bad enough (no matter how many perks they throw in the crappy cell service isn't worth anything), but this store is terrible and it all starts with the store manager, Pam. We went in there to switch and she continually bad-mouthed Apple for not having enough phones at launch (I'd imagine Apple is a pretty important partner to T-Mobile) as well as bad mouthing the phone CSR reps and some of her own employees. When we changed our order via phone, she royally screwed it up so the commission could stay with her. This resulted in not only hours sitting in the store while she complained about it being someone else's fault, but also our phones not working for hours. If our change of order resulted in a lost commission for her and her store, the professional way to handle it would have been internally. Instead, we got screwed, and had to listen to her complain about it the whole time. I don't recommend T-Mobile in general, but if you're going to give them a try, go ANYWHERE but here! read more

I will definitely avoid this location at all cost. My phone started to shut down automatically today. I did some quick research at home but decided to see if a store could help me better. I have visited other sites and they always have tried to help me or they get the t-mobile tech staff on the line to help me resolve the issue. I was told that the only thing I could do was get a new phone. I asked her about any technical help they could offer and she simply told me that it wasn't possible and that I would need to buy a new phone. I left in disgust as she simply did not want to help in the slightest. I came back home and did some more research and discovered that my issues might be due to a faulty SD card. Came to upgrade a phone and although it was done quickly, the next week my T-mobile bill went from 150-500 dollars because they screwed up my plan while upgrading a phone. The other employees there were unprofessional and eating food and laughing while customers were in the room. Really wish I could be a fan of the cell service provider I've been using for over 10 years... They offer what everyone else does... You know - the ability to call and text. It's a commodity. Everyone's doing it... you'd think that in an oligopoly, there'd be fierce competition to become the reigning champ... Alas, it is only the price point which keeps me coming back. If Tmobile's web site and credit card processing keeps working, every Tmobile customer service employee, and every piece of Tmobile's retail infrastructure can be disposed of. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Long story short: we were given the wrong information about the military ONE plan that is being offered.. We were told to bring in a document stating that my husband was a veteran. We brought this document in to this branch as we were told to do so. The 'store manager' Rico then proceeded to tell us that there was nothing he could do in store to help us and to call customer service to get a change of responsibility... meaning get everything put into my husbands name because he's the veteran. So, I sat down in the store and called customer care, the nice gentleman on the phone stated that Rico should be the one calling in and walking us through the process on how to change everything over and even proceeded to tell Rico that he needed to hang up and call back as every employee is trained to do so the customer does not do the footwork. Rico became clearly frustrated and told the man on the phone to transfer him. The man on the phone politely restated that this was not procedure and hung up. At that point I became frustrated asked this manager for my phone and decided to go to a different branch.(where we were happily helped) Rico followed us out the back door laughing! this is a real life story people lol if you want to be treated like you're an inconvenience and then have someone laugh in your face, Go to this location. read more

Well, today was an awesome experience with the not-so-nice manager or whoever in charge of the place at the time I am there. (I didnt stick around to ask for this name) This one was the Tmobile closet to my home so I decided to go there, instead of the one in Flatiron Crossing Mall. The experience can be summarized with one sentence: they only care about you when you are going to actually SPEND money in that store. I went there with the hope that they are going to cut my micro sim into nano. My friend told me some kind of promotion is going on about 0.99c for a pre paid sim card from Tmobile. Apparently, I did not know that was am online thing so I went to the store. The first person who served me was nice enough, this little chuppy and cute guy, to explain that they don't have that and patient enough to wait for me to search the deal up on my phone using their amazingly fast internet. For the record, there were 3 customers total, might be less so there awesome T Mobile employee are quite FREE. The second one come said "it is going to be 15$. You want it or not?" . Now I don't know if he is manager or the one in charge of the store but he seems to have more power from the first guy, but lack the patience to wait for me to be done with my searching on the internet. He repeated the same question 3 times as if I did not understand him the first time, and in a very rude manner. It sounded like "if you have no other business, please leave my store". If that guy or his supervisor ever read this review, I would like to suggest a small comparative analysis to him. Prior to the T-mobile store, I stopped by McDonald and I did not pay anything due to a scholarship from McDonald. The service is even better than what I was given at the T-mobile store but my family did actually pay the bill every month. I do not know what that is but I am sure it is a little greater than a ZERO. So TREAT your customer with respect because WE pay the company to pay you. As a customer service representative, your only skill that is valuable to the company is your INTERPERSONAL skill, make it worth or the store will replace you with someone who is better at that. Had a horrible expierience with the manager and teenage girls working there, Filing their nails and avoiding customers then trying to sell a new phone opposed to helping use the insurance that I pay for to replace my broken one, Took a formal complaint to the T mobile headquarters, also filed a complaint with the supervisor in Co Springs, Walked into the Broomfield Orchard store and Jonathan helped with the entire process then helped set the new phone up for my wife once it came which was next day. After 5 years of T Mobile service using a Blackberry, I decided I would upgrade. I went to this location to do two things. First, take personal responsibility for my old business' T Mobile account. And to upgrade my phone. It was a painfully long process. It was about an hour and a half or more long to accomplish those things. T Mobile national should be ashamed of itself because of the use of untrained foreign customer service representatives to perform any services. Trying to get the T Mobile customer service rep on the phone to understand basic things like my last name was incredibly frustrating for both myself and the store's staff. The reason I rated this location 2 stars was because of them being so overwhelmed at times with customers. They need to add staff. The wait times are long at this location & T Mobile national makes things even worse. read more

This is the worst company to do business with. I switched 1 line in October and I am still getting billed for 2 lines. Their customer service is courteous, but it shouldn't take 15-20 calls to get issues resolved. In my case the issues remain unresolved. Do not trust their sales people either. I've been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and have never felt compelled to write a bad review until now. The Store Manager at this location, Pamela Vecchiarelli, was HORRIBLE to me, my mother and my aunt. We are all 3 long time customers and had stopped in the store to address multiple issues on all our accounts. Bryson, the clerk helping us, was amazing but his boss was anything but! From the moment we entered the store she had an attitude. (There were 2 employees and 1 other customer besides us in the store when we arrived.) Pamela left her customer to come over and tell our clerk how to handle our request, even though he had just told us that was what he was going to do. We had a long list of issues needing attention. I should mention my aunt and mom are in their mid-80s so had put off taking care of their accounts until I was there to assist. Repeatedly the 'busy-body' manager came over to interrupt Bryson and to tell him he was taking too much time with us. At one point, while he was trying to transfer data to my aunt's new phone which he had just sold to her, Pamela instructed him to log-out because he had spent too much time with us! Then he was working off the clock. To his credit, he did as instructed, but returned to us and continued to give us excellent attention. Finally, just before he started to work on my request to change from my Galaxy S2 to a new S4, which would have been a BIG sell, she again left her customer and came and told us we needed to make an appointment and come back later! She kicked us out of the store! Has anyone ever been kicked out of an Apple store for taking too much time??? I would guess not! Save yourself from similar BAD service by visiting another location, or maybe even a different provider!!! read more
