The employee who helped me that evening was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, friendly, patient, and took the time to help me set up my new phone. Before I left, he even told me that if I needed any more help, I could come back the next day. That level of customer service was truly appreciated. So I returned on July 22, 2026. The employee who had helped me the day before was busy assisting another customer, so a different employee--a taller man with a beard--came to help me instead. Unfortunately, the experience couldn't have been more different. From the beginning, he seemed like he didn't want to help. He wasn't welcoming or friendly, gave very short answers, and repeatedly looked at his watch while I was trying to explain my issue, even though it was only around 3:00 p.m. and nowhere near closing time. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that I didn't even want to ask any more questions. Most disappointing of all, he didn't solve my problem or offer any alternative solutions. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported, and he could clearly tell I was upset. I want to be clear that this review is not about the entire staff. The employee who helped me on July 21 was outstanding and represents the kind of customer service customers hope to receive. Unfortunately, the employee with the beard gave the exact opposite experience. He came across as uninterested, unhelpful, and unwilling to put in the effort to assist a customer. I hope management recognizes the difference between these two experiences. Great employees deserve recognition, and employees who consistently make customers feel like they're a burden should be coached to provide better customer service.

On a side note for Comcast: I do wish the technician that gets sent out to homes would bring the equipment to replace vs having to come by to test the service and then if the equipment is still faulty to bring it back to the store... seems like a waste of time. I do hope that Comcast would change up their service models and ensure techs to be one stop shop when possible.
