I even have one of their relay towers within 500 feet of my home, and in the beginning the service was decent. Over time, however, the connection slowed significantly. When I called customer service, they upgraded me at no extra cost, but only after I asked. I found it frustrating that they don't automatically extend available upgrades to loyal customers. Their policy seemed to be that you have to complain or ask before they offer improvements--even if your service is struggling. That didn't make sense to me from a customer service standpoint. In the past year, the issues have gotten worse. Video meetings often cut out or force me to turn off my camera because of poor connection speed. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting and calling customer support, but nothing has resolved the problem. I finally tested a new internet option and was shocked at the difference: four times the speed at half the cost. When I called to cancel Unwired, they didn't even try to keep me as a customer--they simply admitted their product wasn't the best available and let me go. My advice: Before signing up with Unwired, research other options. It doesn't take long to find better internet service at a much better price.

I don't care what they do and don't do. You do the right thing for YOUR customers.

    I'm not trying to hurt a neighbor, but Advanced Wireless charges $224/mo. for its service that…read morepromises but rarely delivers 50 meg service. The speed averages 25-30 megs down (about what HughesNet delivers) and it is down at least once a day, even if briefly, with 12 hour+ outages at least once a month. The list of excuses for outages is long: -- It's cloudy and the site runs on solar panels. (Why don't you have generators?) -- We're being vandalized by competitors. (Ever heard of a fence?) -- It's the weekend and we didn't know the storm would be so bad. -- (Usually on Friday evenings.) We can't get anyone out till Monday. -- And on and on. You get the picture. My opinion? This company doesn't have the necessary capital to provide reliable service. I don't expect perfection. No company has 100% uptime. But this is the worst I've experienced since the early days of the internet here. As you can see, I have ordered the hardware from Elon Musk's Starlink (a division of SpaceX: www.starlink.com). Half the price of Advanced Wireless, Impulse, and others with reported speeds of up to 384 megs down. That's more than Spectrum gets in cities! The people at Advanced Wireless are nice. I've spoken to them all at least once, it seems. Best of luck to them going forward!

The price is good as I've been with version for a long time. The people in person were nice but one would hope that in person the costs would be better or be able to engage in more price savings.     O Time for me to get…read morea new phone, my family has been after me for a couple years, they call my phone the potato. I made a appointment over the phone for 3 pm at the store on California Ave. we went in and tried to sign in but there was no record of our appointment. We waited about 15 minutes before a nice young man contacted us, he couldn't answer many of our questions it was frustrating I felt he was new at sales we thanked him. We then went to another smaller Verizon store and were disappointed there was only one poor salesperson she had many customers she was doing her best but she didn't have time to help everyone I felt sorry for her. The other salesperson had just left for lunch. We thanked her for her limited help and left after about 45 minutes. We came home and will give it another try tomorrow. Verizon is our carrier and we like their coverage but finding a store that has the proper staffing and knowledgeable sales people to help us buy another phone has been a challenge. We'll try again tomorrow
