The owner of this location is amazing!!! I went to the downtown location for a notary at 830am, the lady there told me to come back later because she "couldn't leave the register" because she was the only one there... mind you, there were no other customers. So I left, went to the Ming location and the owner took care of me right away, he handled it great and took care of the customers quickly & efficiently and with a smile. What a great guy. There's a worker there that's so rude. Zero customer service. I came to do a return, everything was packed up and she literally ripped my bag open and said she needed to scan each item individually even though I had a QR code. I told her I've never had an issue doing a return and she said well that's the way it is. She was so impatient like she didn't want to help at all and just rude for no reason. read more

Went here for their notary services by appointment. Booking was fast and easily done online. Staff were friendly and accommodating at this UPS branch. They had a steady stream of people coming in on a Saturday afternoon but the line went by fast. The store was clean with ample parking. Would come by here if I would need their services again in the future. read more

I had to have a document notarized so I contacted this place to get some information. They were very friendly and I got directions as to where they were located. I arrived a few minutes before 5 and they were not busy and the young lady was super friendly as was her gentleman co worker. I was told they hope to see me again. So when I need anything I know where I can go for friendly and helpful service. This location they said has been open for three months. This UPS store is negligent! I dropped off a package to be returned about 2 weeks ago.That was on April 23, 2020 and it is now May 6, 2020. It should have been returned by now. No one knows where the package is or how to find it. Customer service is extremely lacking and the employee do not care to know how to do their job or give adequate help. They cant or wont even try to get a hold of the drivers or the facilities that th packages are taken to, in order to figure out what is going on. Also there is no supervisor or manager on duty to help either. Customers service at the 800 number does not even know where their one stores are at, they expect you to look up the address for them. They give you the run around. Just to tell you they know nothing. read more
