I spent hours online and on the phone with T-Mobile and the Apple Corporation. I was directed to this store after the 6th technical support person I spoke with at T-Mobile on the phone. I was first directed to a T-Mobile store in Belton, but that experience was more than lacking. As soon as I walked in, I met Kamea. She is the store manager and was awesome. She was attentive to what had occurred on my quest to get a new iPhone and was so helpful in the setup. I even watched her assist her crew in their professional development as T-Mobile associates. What that means is that although they are authorized to sell Verizon products, they are not held to the same standards and no formal complaint regarding Cellular Sales of Texas, LCC, can be made with Verizon. We got scammed by the courteous salesman. He added additional fees and charges solely for his commission. We are screwed with the contract we signed as well as with our cell phone purchases. I would advise you steer clear of this establishment and save yourselves the money and the frustration.
