Great experience! This tiny store in Boerne opened in January 2018. On a Saturday morning there was only one staff member, but he was super friendly. We came with a unique challenge that he kindly worked us through. We've been T-mobile customers for many years. Service like this keeps us hooked. Thumbs up! read more

went in to upgrade a paid off iPhone. confirmed price with clerk. clerk proceeded to try and charge $500 more than the confirmed price listed on the shelf. When asked why, clerk couldnt tell us nor could the Mgr. We declined the deceptive pricing. Instead of trying to figure out if there was an error, clerk gave back our phone an said "No upgrade for you". Shame on TMobile! read more

Just got my phone working again after 2 weeks of problems. The guys at TMobile in Boerne are awesome! In and out in 30 minute and that's with customers in front of me. They were so pleasant and accommodating and very knowledgeable about their oroduct. Highly recommend them!!! read more

After porting my numbers to another provider, they continued to charge my Apple Watch subscription. I called but the only way to cancel my service was by going into one of their stores (because my PIN was not working and they had no way to reset it since my other lines were cancelled). There has to be a better way to verify identity than this... Also- all of this was after waiting on hold for an hour. Find another carrier or just skip having a phone at all. T-Mobile is not worth dealing with. read more

Cris worked with me to design a Ubiquiti system that fit our needs and budget and made multiple recommendations to make sure our needs were met without inflating cost. He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. I would highly recommend Fusion for any IT installs.

The owner's response was to blame us for supplying the equipment -- despite the fact that cabling and installation was their contracted responsibility. This is not a company that stands behind their work or treats customers with any respect. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
