No customer service no assistance with use of the android unlike Apple which I am switching to. I have been to 4 t-mobile stores to be ignored, rude usless employees as I am an older female if you don't want older female with same money as men are the majority of whom you spend hours accommodating, however I believe frankly after the sales job you don't give crap if they are satisfied or care about repeat customers with men either. You could be human and I have been in Customer service for most of my life and just answer a simple question about certain operating procedures. Went to this T-Mobile location to return an Internet gateway, and without even asking any questions, the customer service guy said they couldn't do it there, that I had to go online, cancel it, get a shipping label sent to me, then take it to like a UPS or something like that. I said that's like three extra steps, and I'm here now, why can't you just do it here? He said ''et me ask my manager,' who he called (and I could hear in the back room - he didn't even come out) but he said no go ahead and just tell him he's got to do it online. Went to another T-Mobile down the street and the guy took the return and had it off my account in five minutes. VERY lazy at this one. read more

I gave one star - if I could give less, I would. My phone was 4G and slow, so I needed a 5G. I was paying a senior rate of $50 per month. The salesman told me that FOR THE SAME PRICE I could get a new 5G phone, a smart watch AND keep my previous line for the SAME PRICE. He flat-out lied! My bill is now $120 - more than double what I was paying! The salesman's name is "Billy" and he's a lying used car salesman. He has a fat face and needs to be slapped around so he doesn't pull his garbage on the wrong person. read more

So Diana had this crazy customer.... Extremely pushy and didn't listen to the 5 or 6 times she patiently tried to explain the situation. She was polite in every exchange with this customer... went the extra mile to ensure him on the process.... Yet this guy did not want to listen... or accept her polite response. I say here in utter amazement at how polite... yet firm.... Even apologized for the confusion and the customer still wouldn't let up. She maintained her composure the entire 15 minutes he attempted to berate her and tell how she was wrong. This was the perfect example of how retain customers. Because of Diana I will continue to frequent this location!!! She was excellent!!! She handled my daughters upgrade with such grace... we laughed and it was super fast. She made us feel extremely comfortable! You've got a rockstar on your hands. read more

We as a family LOVE Tmobile, however we have not had positive experiences in this store with one being the one that stands out the most and being the reason why we will not stop here anymore. While trying to fix an issue with one of our devices (the screen started acting up) we came to the store only to be greeted with "oh, are all of you coming in for one thing?" We went on fathers days, before going to brunch so because we didnt know how long it was going to take we (4 of us) went in. The representative then went on to say that Tmobile uses a their cameras to count how many people come in vs how many sales happened and that by all of us coming in and not purchasing anything we just took out $10 out of their paycheck. I've never heard this before, and mind you if it is true that really sucks, HOWEVER that automatically made us feel uncomfortable and we just decided to deal with the issues over the phone with customer service who then communicated to us that we still have to interact with the store to pick up the new device but they were also surprised by what was told to us and they were nice enough to send out shipment to another store as we no longer want to go there. read more

We love T-Mobile as a store because the customer service has been excellent, however this store is not a corporate T-Mobile store and it is evident. We purchased an iPhone 11 on Sunday and on Thursday my daughter told me that her camera had a dark spot in the pictures. I merely call Daryl at the T-Mobile store and let him know what was going on and that I was well within my 14 day return policy to which she responded I'm not sure we can help you since you left here in good working order.Daryl said he would check with his store manager and call me back in a couple of minutes and he never did days passed and no phone call. I finally called him again to which they said he would call me back and he had somebody else call me and I get no help.I went into the corporate store at the other end of town and they told me immediately that it was a defect that they were well aware of and that they would replace it no questions asked. The Willowbrook store told me I could turn in my iPhone 6 for the trade in program in any Tmobile stores. Visited this store this afternoon coz it is very close to my work place. The guy told me he couldn't help and asked me to print the shipping label online and ship it back myself...how hard is it to print a lable and stick to a box? I have been a customer for 15 years. read more
