No one knew how to solve my issue and I was being told to call customer service to then visit a store location to back to calling customer service. I went to many tmoible and this one definitely one of the best. All the staff was very welcoming and clean. I see a staff kept wiping down the area. The staff who helped me was Thompson. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the plans and phone clearly. I was debating two phones and from his help i was able to decide. The worth service ever. Came in for a simple phone upgrade and I was told they had to do a hard credit check (even though I've been a customer for over ten years) to find out my phone financing options. The credit check came back saying I have to pay the phone in full despite having an 815 credit score and showing that to them. Went back home furious and tried to upgrade online and I was able to get 100% financing without a single credit check. Turns out they didn't even try to pull up my account at the store. I went back because I wanted the phone today since my current phone is broken and guess what, they didn't even have the phone I wanted in the store. I don't know but when a customer walks into my business and is an existing customer, the first thing I do is pull up their account and then see if what they want is available before taking steps that could hurt their credit score. I took a lot of swearing and yelling to get a "sorry about that, do you still want to get a phone today?". read more

The folks that work here really need to take lessons on customer service. We stopped in one evening around 6:30. They don't close until 8 I believe. The first person I spoke to was in the middle of doing something so she had her colleague step in. This chick was not thrilled! In fact I don't think she wanted to help me at all. She barely wanted to make eye contact with me much less answer my questions. I was made to feel like a second class citizen when I tried to ask addition questions just to understand what I needed to do to switch from AT&T to t-mobile. Obvi, she didn't care for my business. It didn't stop there. When I tried to clarify something she looked at me like I had six heads. And when she walked away, there was def an eye roll that I caught. The nerve. I came in here for help. I needed a new phone and business lines but this staff in there name EVA was very rude and did not want to explain. I had to come back another day to ask another staff to help me. Apparently, EVA is a manager. T Mobile need to hire better management team. read more

I will not lie, I was not an easy customer to deal with when I came in, but the manage Jasmine was VERY patient with me and worked with me resolving my phone issue. Her employees are also patient and helped me resolve my issue too. They even salvaged my personal messages on the new iPhone and even Apple couldn't do that for me! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS especially if you're new to T-mobile and want to open an account! My boyfriend and I were helped by Patricia and her manager Carmen (and later by Thompson on the 4th visit into the store in December) on 11/15 and he still doesn't have his new phone in hand on 1/4. We finally got the help we needed and the order expedited after calling T-mobile support to tell them everything that happened. We were given a lot of misinformation and sent on a wild goose chase because they simply couldn't admit they didn't truly know the answers to our questions. From being charged for a monthly bill without the phones being activated yet to mixing up the SIM cards and not offering proper guidance on how the plans work, on trade ins or arrival of our phones, the whole experience has been ridiculous and less than satisfactory for new customers. read more

Please avoid this place. Please avoid Patricia. All I wanted/needed was for them to sell me a phone. Sprint (who I am with) was bought out by T-Mobile. However, phones are different, and they really dont care abt Sprint customers who were merged in. Patricia (on 1/16) gave me the WORST run-around I have ever had in my life! If I did any customer service the way she did I would be fired. Instead of looking for my info in the system, she re-reouted me to a customer service line. That line re-routed me back to her. She then put me on a different phone number. Rodrigo (T-mobile phone rep) said he was helping me, and that my case was being processed. He transferred me to another rep where we started from scratch. When I got home, my claim had never been processed. They also re-routed me to Apple store who re-routed me back to T-Mobile. The following day I went to a different T-Mobile location, where someone sold me a phone. But it took wk to figure out how to do (w/ SIM cards, etc). How do these people have jobs? read more
