Learn from my mistakes- and save yourself the trouble. Don't visit this location-trust me. Went in to upgrade the phone and take advantage of a promotion (trade in any phone for a S25) and after 2 weeks, hours on the phone with customer service, hours visiting 4 different stores, and loads of stress later...here is what I learned: 1) They are lying to you when they say they can't accept trade ins or returns. They state it's because they are not a corporate store; however, after 2 corporate stores and calls to customer service- if this store initiated the upgrade- they need to be the ones to accept the phone. They can do anything a corporate location can. The only places that can't accept trade ins or returns are the kiosks inside wholesalers like Costco or Sam's Club. 2) Make sure you double check all their work. Spencer accidentally said the trade in would be a zflip on the system instead of the S10 that he looked at and already inspected and said it would qualify. We only found out when we got the phone in the mail and went to trade it in to a corporate location (per Spencer's word that they don't take trade ins because they are not a corporate store) and this created 5 hours of utter chaos as we went from the corporate Springfield location to the Burke location and were on the line with customer service for 3-4 hours. They were not going to help us and said there was nothing they can do but have us return the phone (although everything was transferred already) and then wait another 2 weeks for another phone. They couldn't just switch the error to the S10 on the system- customer service on the phone and corporate also said they couldn't switch it. Cmon in this day and age? After hours of arguing, guess what- they were able to switch it. So they have the ability but don't want to because I'm sure it's annoying on their end. 3) After all that, they still said they weren't able to accept the trade in- so the next Sunday (my only day off), I went to a different corporate location (Woodbridge), and this is where I learned that everything the Burke location said about not being able to accept returns or trade ins was a lie (per Alex at Woodbridge). Alex said "everything we do, they can do- they lied to you". He also said that they couldn't accept the trade in- and sent us back to Burke location and told us to say that- and that they should issue us a credit for the phone ($800) because they initiated this process. Well, low and behold, we went back- spent 3 more hours arguing and ultimately- they still didn't want to accept the trade in , so we are transferring everything back and here we are waiting AGAIN to return the damn phone from the promotion. LESSON: just don't do anything at this location. Spencer and Maria, as managers, you all should do better. This is the WORST experience we've ever had in our 20+ years of having cellular service. Will definitely be looking into moving to another service. TLDR: save yourself the trouble (trust me) and do not go to this location- unless you are a masochist. read more

The manager lies about the cost of switching plans, our monthly bill is $35 higher than quoted. He also said he would have to charge us to answer questions about the plan. The store is useless, we had to do everything on the app. read more

They don't have any sitting for people around their tables for people to sit and I walk with a cane and I was there for over an hours. Please thinks about adding in some chairs for elder, handicap, pregnant women or any person that gets light headed. For the service they were unable to help me and told me to go to a different local for service read more

I went into the store to buy a new phone, left wanting a new service. I had already decided to upgrade my old Galaxy 10e phone for the new Galaxy Z. I had all intention of walking out with the new phone today. Poor customer service will always kill a "carved in stone sale". The young man was condescending and made it clear he did not have any interest in helping. Let me give your store some advice. 1. Do not sigh when the customer gives you a phone you don't approve of, like it is a 1980s brick phone. 2. Do not take questions personal! 3. Do not begin with all the "deals" my phone is not eligible for, I actually had told you I wanted the phone! 4. Do not tell the Customer that T-Mobile "often sends out false deals on upgrade notices, that is why you need to come into the store!" You had a customer in your hands, no other in the store so you had the time to listen to me, but you chose to dismiss me as some old man that was not worth the time. read more

This T-mobile is has super fast service, they are always so polite and helpful. I purchased the glass screen saver, for $40 unlimited. Honestly if I didn't had this cover my glass would be ok. The cover breaks easily on your purse. However as it's unlimited you can step in anytime to change it. So if you invested on it. Take advantage and have it change anytime you get a scratch. If you didn't don't unless you have a crappy phone cover. read more

T-Mobile - Mobile Phones Near Me - Burke, Virginia

I traded in four lines. The process has been a nightmare to say the least. I went in on Monday to trade in 4 phones and things just went downhill from there. I received 2 phones at the store on Monday and 2 were supposed to be shipped. Thursday comes around and my mom goes into the store to turn in her phone and my brother's. Turns out that the other 2 phones were shipped to the store and I did not find out until my mom went in. If my mom hadn't gone in, I would not have found out that the phones were at the store already. I wasn't told that we would have to pay about $700 to be able to receive our phones. Thursday night, I open my new phone and it turns out that it's the wrong one. I failed to mentioned that my dad's and I lines were turned off Tuesday so we had no data for almost 3 days. My dad is a business owner so he really needs his phone. I was told to go to a corporate store and that I would get the phone I wanted. I am currently at the Leesburg store after calling 8 stores to see if they had the phone I originally wanted. I have been here at the Leesburg store for 2 hours now and turns out that the issue was more difficult than they made it seem. At first I was understanding because people make mistakes but now another store has to fix their mistakes and I am wasting time sitting here waiting for the issue to be resolved. I decided to see about upgrading my old Galaxy phone a week ago on a nice Sunday afternoon, the store wasn't busy, there was one other customer and 3 staff behind the counter with them. As i came in and had not even begun to just look over the phones for sale, i was immediately approached by a kid, maybe college, but one rude, patronizing twit. Who not only talked down to me, but did not even care to answer my questions when asking about the various phones. I have other friends and family who have quit T-Mobile, and I think the time might have arrived when i do the same. I am older person, and it clearly smacked of ageism toward me by the immature kid (i will not call them an adult). Anyhow, i will not be back, and will look for another plan. Hopefully, the next phone store i walk into i will have mature adults working there-and not patronizing little %$&s as i encountered with this visit. read more

Luis worked 2hours past the 6pm close time on the issue and as promised, got it resolved. Terrible experience. Went in, we were the only ones there other than two employees and all we wanted was to set up an Apple Watch. Ended up leaving 2 and 1/2 hours later because they wanted to close. Process should've only taken an hour max. Two families came in after us and left before us. Their excuse was that the phone & watch had to be fully updated and halfway charged, and they had "bad internet" so we waited untill 8:55pm, then were heavily suggested we continue at home. I continued it at home to find out it did not even need to be updated and I set it up in two minutes. Employees could use more training on items they're selling in store...to top it off they surcharged me 20.00$ for "assistance" on top of the activation fee and hide it as part of the fee! I could've saved 20$ and almost 3 hours doing it at home via the website but I was hopeful the employees would've been knowledgeable and better trained. This is not the normal location I go to and I have been a longtime customer of T-Mobile. This experience was very frusturating and dissapointing. I hope this becomes resolved. read more

I rarely write reviews but since I've been into the Burke Tmobile about 20 time for various needs over the last few months, I'm in a good place to offer a review. The staff is wonderful. They are knowledgeable, they work well together, and they work with a customer until the need is met. My needs varied from getting my daughter a new phone (and scoring a great deal!), to helping my dad fix his phone, then referring my sister's military family (who got an amazing deal), making sure my bill was the lowest it could possibly be, and then returning to upgrade my other daughter's phone. I've worked with 4 staff members regularly and they've all been wonderful, I would easily go back to any of them for assistance. I used to drive all the way to Springfield Tmobile but Burke Tmobile staff have earned my trust so they get the business for my family of 10 for now on. And with 4 free lines from various promotions over the years, we're not going anywhere! read more

Agree with other review- NO customers service help. Brought in a phone that wouldn't work and they couldn't/wouldn't open it to look at the battery. Tried to sell me a $500 replacement that was "the same" as the under $200 phone I asked about. One employee more concerned with leaving, another sick, third new nothing about the details on any of the phones I asked about, was not wearing a proper name tag, another customer pointed that out, and also could explain the extra $20 upgrade charge. No help in trying to transferring data or advise on working the new phone. only upsell without information unlike other stores who actually help people with questions. Plan to go to nearby store near Rolling Rd that just opened. Walk away, there is a reason why it empty in there. read more

Come to find out i was paying for them all along and it was too late to do anything about them. So, i paid my early termination on all 6 of my devices and closed my account. read more

I came to the store about 3 months ago to buy a Iphone 7 plus under the $300 debate from a old phone. I love the phone. My problem was the store gave me a case, a screen protector, and a car charger along with the phone. They told me they were for free since they came with the phone. I didn't think twice even I have never intended to buy any of those accessory from a phone store because they are so expensive. Now it turns out I have to pay for them. They are not free. They didn't come with the phone deal. I came back to the store last month, the store manager removed the monthly charge and told me he also removed those items from my account. They were not. They are still there and I continue to be charged for them. I came back to the store today and the manager is no longer working there. Long story short, the new manager can't do anything since I have missed the 14 days return policy. I called the customer care, same thing. My monthly bill with Tmobile is around $500 so $3 per month is not a lot for me and Tmobile but I feel that I was scammed by the company. So, be aware of this situation. read more
