The two guys I met (Noah & Romeo) were so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful (I wrote down their names) I said when I decide to upgrade to a new phone, I'll come back. Fast forward into June 2026 I returned to the store. (25 miles from my home, I pass numerous AT&T stores on my way) why.... because of the prior great service and knowledge of the store employees. Sure enough same guys were there plus another Colin who took care of me. I was so impressed! The caring, competent, fun and knowledgeable staff at the Pine Island Rd. store made such a huge difference in my experience with AT&T. Management, AT&T should be very proud of the staff they are truly an asset.

I give this business one star only because I cant give a negative number. Live mobile llc sells…read moreat&t phones and service and is a subsidiary company. This particular location and its manager, Erick Jhonson, are the worst company ever! My husband got phones 5 months ago then changed his mind and cancelled less than 24 hours later. They have a 3 day window when you can cancel and return the phones so we were well within that time. Mr. Jhonson told my husband that everything was good and nothing was owed the account was cancelled no problem. Turns out he did not cancel the account or properly return the phones to at&t. We ended up with a huge bill owing thousands of dollars. It was alot of back and forth between us, at&t and live mobile llc. We were told multiple times that it was taken care if only to find another bill come in and be threatened with collections. Mr. Jhonson now refuses to talk to us and says if we come to his business to discuss further he will have us arrested for trespassing and bullying. I suspect he is using the phones he failed to turn in that we are still being billed for. Its been 5 months and still no resolution. I want everyone to know to stay away from this business!
