So i brought it back up there and they refused to fix it and pretty much said u must of dropped it i told them i didnt and noone uses my phone , they didnt care and pretty much told me i was screwed. It cost me 351.00 for my screen replacement for the same problem to happen. I took my laptop in after it shut down spontaneously at a scientific conference and then could be…read morerestarted only occasionally and unreliably before it would shut down again. They examined it thoroughly and ultimately diagnosed the problem as a fault in the motherboard. The solution turned out to be putting my solid state drive into another laptop several generations newer....effectively salvaging all my data and apps on a newer machine...all this for a few hundred bucks. Manny provided me updates as the diagnosis progressed and stress-tested it before returning it to me. To me, this was a model of how a repair should go. Thanks a lot to the MM Tech team.

They were extremely communicative, provided a fast resolution and ensured my PC was working to the best of it's ability. They were able to identify the power going to the GPU wasn't enough, due to user error on my part during the installation. They even went and updated my BIOS, drivers, and OS! These guys are PROS, if you need fast and reliable, I couldn't recommend MM Tech Doctor enough. Oh, and they gave me a 90 day warranty on my PC!
