A little while ago, I realized that after removing my fiancé from my account, my bill didn't change. I went in and spoke with an employee about the issue. They called customer service and immediately fixed the issue and had the company reimburse me for the extra money that I had been paying due to the customer service representative's error. This was amazingly easy, convenient, and satisfactory. If you are honest and polite about what you need, this store will make it happen for you. There is never a line to wait for service, and everyone is ready to rock and roll to help you out.
