They added costly services to my account without permission, despite my explicit request not to. They promised to correct, but never did.

Apparently, this is not a corporate store for AT&T. We will not be returning. They added a $25 a month home protection plan without asking. Thankfully, the AT&T customer service cancelled their screw ups and filed a complaint for us. This store didn't help with the reason why we went to the store in the first place. Went in there this past Monday 4/18/22 for a new iPhone 13(from an iPhone 6s). Service was outstanding. My AT&T rep. was courteous and efficient in getting my set up. Just overall observation of everyone's(employees) work ethics I saw pure professionalism. A big thank you for the positive AT&T experience. read more

If you are looking to find incompetent and rude customer service... then this is the location you would love to visit!!! Otherwise for the rest of us who tend to be grateful for help don't go into this location. After I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to RC just now from this location I was beyond disappointed in his rude behavior and unwillingness to do his job... HELP CUSTOMERS!! I don't live in Idaho anymore but i was in town to say my final goodbyes to my dying dad. It's hard enough being in Idaho for these circumstances but having a phone issue come up and needing help to handle it while I was there was unexpected. I've always bragged about cda and the hospitality it shows one another but RC must have missed the lesson on how to treat others especially when it's your job! Having to deal with issues wasn't my idea of fun and being concerned about $2000 trade in issues was not my fault. I'm so glad RC found it funny that I was concerned that my trade in credits didn't show after I handed over 2 phones 4 days ago. Before I even called the store to bother them I took it upon myself to call corporate and stay on the phone for over two hours to try to deal with this myself just so I wouldn't bother anyone. But unfortunately corporate office couldn't see anything and told me to call location I went to. RC was so bothered by my 2 questions (4 minute total call) and said if I want better service I need to go into store. Well if I lived in that state I would go in but frankly I feel that going it would just make the situation worse. Going into store would shift my conversation more around his unprofessional behavior. I did request to speak Mike peters, manager, but I'm not holding my breath. They have no problem taking my money when I purchased new 2 new 13 promax phones but when I am concerned that there is no receipt of my credits, that's when they want to act inconvenienced by me. I not only DO NOT recommend this location to anyone but i only validate what others have said ...if you are looking to be treated with any respect go elsewhere! In fact I was lucky enough to find a location that did have good employees. Thank goodness for Aaron at Hayden location for helping as much as possible but more importantly was much more kind and respectful (there wasn't even anything in it for that location except my thankfulness) that's true customer service . I am just so sorry RC doesn't understand how that works and that the 4 minutes of speaking to me were so exasperating Lucky for CDA Idaho there is NOT a lot of people like this and most show true hospitality. read more

Annie was amazing! She helped me set up my new phone and explained how to ship and clear out my old phone. She was patient and attentive and did not make me feel like the bonehead I am when it comes to new devices. I highly recommend this store. If I could give negative stars I would!!! Stopped by the store to get some questions answered and had the misfortune to speak with Adam. He was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Rude is too gentle of a word to describe his demeanor. So sorry Adam that you chose to inflict your poor attitude onto your CUSTOMERS but maybe you should find a job that does not require human contact because clearly you have no ability to discipline your behavior or perform your job in an acceptable manner! If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying I have never giving a bad review anywhere but Adam at the front desk was incredibly rude and insulting. He wouldn't answer the question and gave the typically round about answers about random charges they add without your knowledge. He told us about adding another line (another fee) and we tried to tell him we didn't add another line and he says " can't I finish my sentence" and telling us we aren't even making sense. He kept rolling his eyes and giving ha snide comments. I hope you see this Adam and decide to start a new career where you don't have to deal with people because you do not know how to handle paying customers who are upset their bill keeps going up. NO STARS! We signed up for two AT&T phones a couple of months ago. They sold us service for an area where there was NO service. Within three days, we returned all equipment. We were assured we would get our deposits back. Instead the liars and cheats who never even got my husband's name correct are sending us bills for $1,000, turning it over to a collection agency and NO ONE at AT&T "can do anything about it." My best advice is to stay as far away from this company as you can. However, if you are a worker who desires to do nothing but slack on the job, hire on! read more

Great service! I lost my iPhone 5s while visiting CDA and needed a replacement quickly. The AT&T rep (Mike) helped me to process my insurance claim efficiently and also evaluated my account, showing me that I was paying more than I needed to for my data plan. Love this store! I left verizon because of their horrible customer service a year ago and I'm so glad I did. Every time I have had an issue or question about my iPhone, the people at AT&T have always been very quick and eager to help. No waiting in lines for tired employees. I went there this morning in a panic (after spending an hour on the phone with apple support) and the gentleman there fixed my problem in less than 2 minutes! Hardly even a one star. I have been with AT&T for 10 years. I have used this store in the past. Went in to upgrade to an iPhone and data plan. Things went smoothly until I actually tried to use the phone, the speaker did not work and I could only talk with people on speaker phone. Thought it would be a simple exchange. Went to the store they confirmed the phone was defective, mind you Sunday I bought the phone, Tuesday is the day I returned. They then told me to drive an hour to the Apple store and they would help me...no problem! Seriously?! Two men shrugging their shoulders at me, saying sorry is not what I call customer service. I should never have walked out of the store when I bought it without checking everything worked. The employees had the nerve to tell me that they could 'upgrade' me for $100 into a fancier iPhone or pay them $35 to give them the defective phone they sold me back....AND he told me that if they had a black one in stock he could "exchange' it for my white one but all they had was white therefore that wasn't an option?! I am beyond stunned that these were even thought to be credible reasons for not solving the problems they created. AT&T over the phone has solved my problems but I will never visit this location again. Even the CS agent for ATT online tried contacting them and they were refusing to cooperate.
