I switched from Verizon to T Mobile a little over a year ago. The employees in this store have always gone above and beyond to help out with issues I've had with my service, payments, upgrades, everything. A little while ago, I realized that after removing my fiancé from my account, my bill didn't change. I went in and spoke with an employee about the issue. They called customer service and immediately fixed the issue and had the company reimburse me for the extra money that I had been paying due to the customer service representative's error. This was amazingly easy, convenient, and satisfactory. If you are honest and polite about what you need, this store will make it happen for you. There is never a line to wait for service, and everyone is ready to rock and roll to help you out. read more

Instead of informing all of the waiting customer that he would be back after a break, he just walked off. Instead of assisting in cancelling a line, he told me what to dial, instead of typing a number into his tablet he used his earbuds to read it and messed up five times. Very rude and dismissive and not customer friendly at all!!! This Nikita should not be in the business of helping people, I don't care how much he seems to think he knows about, really not much. T-Mobile is a terribly run company. T-mobile "Home Wifi" had too much local usage so "buffering" made our home internet unusable at night. After one week, I tried to turn in the equipment. However, the local T-mobile retailer will have you wait hours just to turn in equipment. Then, after I turned in the equipment, and cancelled their terrible service, I received a bill threatening that I'd be sent to "collections," despite having only been a customer less than 2 weeks. Dealing with T-mobile in person and on the phone is frustrating. Non-english speaking tech support cannot solve problems. If you don't heed my cautionary tale you will learn the hard way. read more

very unfortunate for this service which i for the most part hve had overall good experiences with , but one absolutly awful unessecarry encounter may have soiled my opinion of all thanks to OneTERRIBLY UNHELPFUL, UNPROFESSIOAL, RUDE PIECE OF SAD EXCUSE FOR A DECENT HUMAN BEING @$$HOLE EMPLOYEE. This pathetic little, power trip happy idiot whom was working when I went in today just bout an hour ago, completely turned me away from picking up my replacement phone. This phone;my SAMSUNG GLXY FLIP 5, that has inexplicably for a 2nd time had something in the screen malfunction without any cause or reason left the screen virtually unusable. Since i had gone through this exact scenario already i figured do the same routine where in i go explain what has happened show them my device and they submit an order for a replacement dev8ce to be shipped and substituted for mine under warranty. I had gone into a different location previously and spoke with tMobile and had been told i would be able to order a replacement device because mine is still under Warranty again[ side note: the staff at that store in the valley where I originally put in this order for a replacement phone were EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable since i live in coeur d'alene,ID I Had the order shipped to the store closest to me unfortunatelywhich is this current store im reviewing] that was almost 10 days ago and today i reveive a text finally telling me my device arrived at the store and is ready to be picked up. Just like last time I planned on going in and paying the restock fee or called something to that effect in the amount of $20 + Tax and I would transfer all my info and esim over to new phone and leave with a fixed working phone. HOWEVER for NO REASON or any coherent explanation that made any sense whatsoever wad given to me and told they couldn't take the phone now. That He WOULD NOT do a warranty replacement for me and would not take my device because "the line down the screen " That's the EXACT REASON THE ONLY REASON IN FACT why I need to replace the Damn phone with a proper functioning one ALSO, the thing that the other store employee I showed the phone too said was the reason it qualified for and I would be able to replace It because of it being under warrant!!!! No matter how I tried to explain this blatantly obvious and simple explanation for why what he was telling me made no sense and was literally opposite of what I was assured of previously.NEVERTHELESS he would t not listen to reason so I asked to please speak with his supervisor or boss and he replied with I don't have any boss or manager that I work with here... there were however at least 4 others staff "working" or at least present in the back of the store also doing NOTHING helpful .I was So fed up and infuriated by this point I was withholding my composure from losing all control and pummeling this waste of space dickhead Loser and beating some sense Into that empty shell of a head where one should store a working goddamn brain. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I went to the T Mobile in Cda because we wanted a family plan. We were with Straight Talk and wanted to use our old phones which he said he could do. The man who was helping us switched us over to a family plan before informing us that our Straight Talk phones were locked and we could not use them. This was after saying that he had done many transfers from Straight Talk, so you would think he would have already known that would happen. THen my husband had to buy a phone so he would have the ability to call straight talk and get our phones unlocked. After calling Straight Talk, we were told there was nothing that they could do since our numbers now belonged to T Mobile...something else that the man who helped us should have known. So then, feeling scammed we had to get new phones. When My husband went in to get the phones, they charged him for setting up the 3 lines when we were told we would only be charged for 1, then the phones they gave us came out to 30 dollars more than it said it was on the wall. The sales rep said it was a slightly different model and he "Didn't think it would matter" A total Scam, we were lied to and lef on the entire way and no we are stuck with them for 2 years...Please do NOT go with this company. They lie to your face just to get sales. read more

In December, my wife and I went into the Coeur d'Alene T-Mobile store to look at phones during the "buy one, get one free" Samsung sale. We weren't quite ready to buy yet, but were told by the sales rep. and his manager that if we bought the phones at their store, they would give us phone cases and screensavers for free. That sounded good to us, so we agreed to buy them there. After a long purchasing process (3+ hours), we were at the final stage of signing paperwork when we were told that they couldn't just "give" us the promised accessories for free. Instead, they would have to bill them to our account, then credit us the amount back to our next bill. A few minutes later, we were then told that they wouldn't cover the entire amount of the cost of the accessories (which was approx. $150), but were only able to credit us $100. I spoke to the manager and told him that that was not what he'd promised and that I was considering cancelling the transaction. He told me that he would credit $100 that month and the remaining $50 in January. We then agreed to complete our purchase. For two weeks, I checked our bill to see if the credit was ever applied and saw that it wasn't. After two weeks, I went back to the store and talked to the original sales representative about the fact that the credit had not been applied. He assured me that it would be on my bill "well before" the day when my credit card would be billed for auto-pay. A week later (and two days before the auto-pay), the credit had still not been applied, so I went back to the store and ended up talking to a different sales rep. He was not pleasant to deal with and very curtly told me "Don't worry about it. It will be there." As I was speaking to him, I saw the manager we had originally dealt with stick his head out of the back door. We made eye contact and he quickly ducked his head back inside and shut the door. The next day, I saw a credit for only $50 on my account (not the $100 promised). So I called customer service and spoke to someone in Boise who restored my faith in T-Mobile. He was very nice and professional and not only credited the additional $50 (of the $100) promised, but also told me he would follow up and make sure that if the Coeur d'Alene store did not give me the remaining $50 promised (they didn't), he would make sure my account was credited (he did). My advice is that if you need to buy a phone from this store GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Or better yet, just buy your phone and accessories online and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this store. read more

I've been at other locations where they don't look at you if you're buying something, I would definitely recommend this location to my friends. read more

I've visited plenty of T-Mobile stores but this one is my favorite. You'll have to wait a little, but this isn't fast food so it's ok and worth it to wait. Nathan ( the representative) was very helpful and detailed when I upgraded. He even admitted that even though he uses an iPhone, Android is better. Not a lot of sales persons would give an honest opinion like that! Overall, i would definitely recommend you pay this location a visit for all your T-Mobile needs. read more

Went to this store to transfer all my pictures and contacts from an android to a iPhone a co worker gave me. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and told someone would be right with us. After only about 5 minutes Kirstie helped us set up the new phone and install a new SIM card. She explained to us that the cell tower was down but gave exact instructions on how to transfer over all the files. She was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. I was able to go home and transfer my pictures but couldn't get my contacts to pull over. Went back to the store and was greeted by Mike, I explained to him what I needed and he was able to pull all my contacts over in about 10 minutes. Again, excellent service. Thank you Kirstie and Mike for your awesome customer service. I have had very very bad experiences in t mobile stores before and was expecting this to be difficult but it was exactly the opposite, thanks to great customer service! read more

This review is not about t-mobile the phone company but more specifically this store which although it looks like a corp. store it is not.The lines are always long because they usually only have 1 or 2 employees and the one's they have can be a bit rude. read more

If you are thinking of switching to T-mobile STOP!! DON'T DO IT. I recently switched from verizon. When I got my phone everything was fine. Then the phone stopped making sounds when I got calls, text,messages,voice mail, pretty much every art that you can get. I when to the store and they were going to send me a new replacement. When I got it it was REFURBISHED!!! really!! After calling 4 times t mobile they were going to replace it for a brand new phone and case. I go back to the store and start telling my story to them and the guy stops me in my sentence to tell my that customer service has no idea what the store policy's are and they can't exchange the phone and they arent going to either. I left and called customer service yet again and after holding for 30 min. The lady gets back to me and tells me that they can give me a $100 credit to my device. That's all they can do and send me a refurbished phone. She states you are passes your buyers remorse period. I said WHAT BUYERS REMORSE!!!! All I aant is a new phone because the one I got has a FACTORY DEFECT. . They ALL ARE USELESS ALL OF THEM.... I'm calling verizon to go back to them. read more
