They were very professional made sure the product was scratch/dent free, then hooked everything up and made sure it worked correctly. Scheduling was great - very communicative and timely. However, paid a substantial amount for white glove delivery and this portion was u acceptable. Dining room table is not lag-screwed at all on one end -- the top rises off the base entirely when lifted. Chair was missing a screw and none left as replacement - and blue tape on brand metal labels and upc code stickers left on items unnecessarily. If I could leave a worse review I would. RXO is the absolute worst and can't believe Costco uses them for their delivery. I ordered new appliances through Costco and when we received the refrigerator it was damaged. Costco reordered to replace, an exchange. 6 months I have been trying to get a refrigerator delivered And return the damaged one.They have canceled after being on the schedule for 3 months saying they don't have room on the truck. When they finally showed up 5 months after having it sit in their warehouse it was damageD. Now they can't deliver the new one until October 2nd. I am pretty sure the call center is not in the US, they can barely speak English, but they try and say they are at the location of my refrigerator. And I again we wait. read more

I called your customer service thousand times, and they said there are few more people waiting on it. Okay! I called next day, they said manager is busy right now. Then, I said how about I left my contact number and you guys could call me back. They said they will call me back in the same day. However, they never called back. I ordered several things from Costco direct. shortly after the order was made I received a link to RXO for tracking. The delivery was scheduled for November 20th and the pre-recorded message said that they don't schedule the time window until the day before and that they would call with the delivery window time once the route was finalized. I checked the website and called the number every few days before the scheduled delivery date to make sure nothing changed. I flew back home to Montana from working in NY on the 19th to be home for the delivery. I checked the RXO website first thing on the 20th and it still stated that it would deliver on the 20th. I called the number to get an update on the time window and that's when I was transferred to the call center located in the Philippine. I was told they could not locate one of my items and would not be delivering anything on the 20th. since then I have talked to several people at the call center that cannot speak clear English. I have searched for a number to talk with someone at the Spokane Valley center but I cannot find one. I have talked with Costco and they are also having problems getting a response from RXO. At this point I just want my stuff but I travel for work and so I have to plan to be home. If I could talk with someone who works for RXO in the US that would help greatly. Who knows... maybe Trump can make customer service great again. read more

On Oct 12th I ordered a rototiller through Amazon. RXO is the carrier. It is now Nov 19th. RXO says it has tried to deliver 3 times and continues to reschedule but never makes it to my door. I've been on the phone numerous times with the lovely folks in the Philippines. They are quite apologetic, and have tried to call the RXO carrier in Spokane Valley, but no one will answer the phone or respond to messages. I've been assigned a Senior Specialist with RXO last mile, Akash Palkar who assured me that they would deliver today. When it started to get late, I called the Philippines again and was told that no delivery was scheduled. Got to say, RXO, you have one job. And you're not doing it. I will be contacting the BBB in Spokane Valley next and try to get someone at RXO corp. on the line. Right now I'm out 800 bucks. So you might want to reconsider shipping or receiving at RXO. Communication from the company was excellent. Would love to have been given a shorter window of time, as I did not live at the property delivery address. Well here we are again delivery has been rescheduled twice and ITS LOOKING LIKE A NO SHOW AGAIN ! This is the worst delivery company I've ever had to deal with. I ordered a new bed and mattress from Casper and they took three weeks to get it here. Casper kept showing they had the item, but this company would never deliver when they were supposed to. Called and told me it would be delivered on Friday. Then got a call from them to set up a "backup" time for the following week just in case Friday didn't work. Never came on Friday. Gee what a surprise. I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung and they used XPO for the logistics from Spokane to my house (about 2 hours away). Received notifications that I had to schedule between the May 18th - 25th. I called to schedule and was informed that they only deliver to my area on Wednesdays and that the 18th was already booked. Scheduled for the 25th as email screenshot shows. Last Wednesday, the 25th, I waited until 3PM for a 10:30-2:30 window. They were supposed to call 30 minutes prior to delivery time. Text in the morning showed that it was on the way. When I called at 3 I was told the refrigerator was not put on the truck. I talked to a supervisor and they 'could not' give me the local numbers for XPO even though it is online. They told me they contacted XPO by email and that I would be contacted by a manager. After hours of going round and round and listening to their 'customer support' read the same script, I gave up. Then I got new email days later (no message from any managers) to schedule my delivery as if nothing had previously gone wrong. Same scripts, etc., etc., so I got it scheduled for a June 1 delivery which is today. This morning I received another email to 'SCHEDULE' my delivery! Called customer service again and same script round and round. Finally, I was given a supervisor. This lady gave me the local number and the manager's number. The local number has a mailbox that is full. The supervisors number went to voicemail. I'm pretty sure I'm not getting my refrigerator today and I'm not sure I ever will. Update: The local manager actually called me back just now. Internally, XPO is broken. However, Brett went out of his way to re-schedule the delivery which now is coming on Friday. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've had now two deliveries that they deliver outside of the 12 hour window they require you to be there waiting for. They leave items in unsafe areas and every item I have received from them has come damaged.
