The whole process was flawless on the T-Mobile side. When I tried t get the unlock codes to transfer phones (5) they were absolutely useless (as usual). I went to the local T-Mobile store (right next to my last company (at..) T-Mobile not only helped me go thru the unlocking options, they also went way beyond my expectations and offered me 3 options including unlocking my phone which the other company said the could not unlock. They were able to resolve the other company's mistakes and had me on the way home quicker that any procedures I had to painfully deal with for the past 14 years with the old company. 5 starts is not enough. I am so happy that I transferred my business account to T-Mobile after being stuck with the garbage I had for the last 14 years.
