When my boyfriend returned this morning, he was greeted by a less kind woman with greyish blonde hair than the man we worked with prior, who told him she wouldn't be able to help because it was an Apple problem before even looking at the phone. In the process of explaining the situation, trying to receive any type of help, she told him to leave the store. We were told this and several other deceptive things in the act of fraud. This billing statement comes and we find the employee sold and earned commission on: Fraud 1, an additional line with insurance, but not approved by us; fraud 2, the "free upgrade"? no, a payment plan for a retail price iPhone 13 on the account; and, an iPhone 14, only purchased under assumption all other accounts weren't fraudulent lies. Also, according to AT&T customer service, this is not a corporate AT&T store and not actually affiliated with AT&T.
