This store is operating using the Covid-19 protocols and they aren't just putting a facade these guys are serious and every member of the staff here wore a mask and practiced social distancing, the position of the desk and customer seats are clearly marked and the store is very clean - ok my experience here today was nothing less than stellar, J.B. was my customer service representative was exceptional, but since the store was mostly empty during my visit a few of the other associates pitched in to expedite the process and to ensure I received the best possible service and products. I have no issues giving credit when credit is due, this place exceeded my expectations today especially after my last review I admit I did walk in with some skepticism but these guys squelched it almost immediately. I was provided with accurate information, everything was explained clearly and my new iPhone 11 ProMax performed as I expected immediately after activation. I really appreciate the extra efforts taken to ensure I was happy with every aspect of this deal before walking out the door.
