She recognized right away that we were technologically impaired. She was so very patient with us. She would show us, and show us again, and have us use the phone to check features. The employee was respectful and apologetic but could not make an exception to their policy and added that they normally charge an $80 service fee. Don't work with this company unless you want to roll the dice on wasting 4 days waiting on incorrect parts.
