I was sad to see they closed the location in Ormond Beach, where we live, but since we were coming down to Port Orange today, we stopped in here to see if a camera issue with my wife's phone could be fixed. The gentleman was very helpful in assessing the problem, but unfortunately her phone is "software locked" and cannot be repaired. We had actually stopped into the AT&T store in the same plaza and when I mentioned the camera was having some issues the AT&T rep recommended checking in at the phone repair place as they send all their repairs over here as well. read more

Sent laptop in for screen repair. Was told it was in working condition before they sent it off, including no water damage. They then called after several weeks to say they opened it up to find water damage. They had no business opening it up, and were only supposed to repair the screen. We asked that they not repair the screen and return it to us. It was returned as a brick and won't even turn on. They broke our laptop. Now they refuse to talk to us respond to our messages. Better business review is next. I highly recommend that no one takes a computer to them. They may be able to make simple cell repairs in house, but what they send off they break. 100% believe they were trying to scam us for more money. read more

I called their store and figured my computer was dead forever. They told me to bring it in. It was a late Sunday afternoon. I rushed it in, told Tristan what all had happened. He took all my info and said they would call me when done. 48 hours it was all done and they were able to keep all my data, updated my computer, and fixed it. And gave me an offer I could not refuse. I've had my screen replaced twice now within the past months of me getting it repaired it still isn't fixed. Ever since I've had it repaired I've have had nothing but issues with the screen going completely black and me not being able to touch respond to it for hours locking me out . I've been in there multiple times to tell them about my problem and they blow it off, the first thing that caught me off. Guard was the fact that when I get my phone back and I turned it on and it said there was a non Apple product detected. I do no do not recommend this place. read more

I've used this location several times but I was quite impressed upon on my last visit. My screen on my work phone was broken and took it to get fixed, upon picking up and leaving, had to bring it back because it was locked and would not let me get into it. After picking it up again, and getting it set up, I realized that my front camera was not working. I was upset and went back with a tad bit of an attitude, however, these guys completely accommodated me and gave me a refurbished, temporary camera for free, until my new part arrives. I had been having problems with my charging port for a few weeks now. I had to tilt the cord in an exact way just to make it charge. I go in there and tell them the problem in less than a minute they had it back to me as good as new. For free none the less. read more

Finally I got a new phone to log into Yelp to write about my experience with this business. So is Wed, and have a business trip next Mon. The screen if my Galaxy8 broke. Asurion recommended just to repair it by Ubreakifix. Scheduled a person to come to my house that Fri so the parts cab arrive. Fri young lady arrives and takes my phone. An hour later she knocks my door, says the parts she got were "defective", hands my phone back telling me to call Asurion and they may overnightmore parts or send me a new phone. The backplate of the phone is unglued and loose. I complain she replies the glue they sent was also "defective" !!??!!. I take my broken phone, and she walks away. Close the door, I remeber I have some old phone somewhere I can use my SIMcard for my upcoming trip. SIM/SD case is now badly jammed. I have to rig something to get these out. By then I decide just to get the 2nd phone set for my trip and complain to Asurion. Long story short Asurion helped me but I ended up having to buy a new phone I had not budgeted. Ubreakit not only made me lose time, they nonchallantly broke my cell even worse and left it with a jammed SIM and left me to fend for myself. Not even a business card was left from the young lady that broke my cell. Very unprpfessional, I will refuse to use in the future if Asurion tells me to use them again. I had an iPad to screen replaced through this location. A couple of days after the screen was replaced it was not working correctly. They refused to reset the screen after having to add extra adhesive during the install process which likely made the screen off of alignment which makes it not work correctly in certain areas. read more

I had a repair done on my iPad by another company in Port Orange and the iPad was never really the same. So I was hoping uBreakiFix would be better. It absolutely was.
