I get my bills and to my surprise, my bill goes up $100 & I was taken out of my current plan. I immediately called customer service who told me that I had to go to the store where everything was done to get it reversed. I go to the store the salesman acts stupid like he didn't defraud me saying it was a mistake. The manager comes out and says they can't take it back because it's past 14 days. I explained that I spoke with customer service who told me I could return it and pay a $55 restock fee and he refused. I called customer service while in the store who said they could do anything g cause it was purchased in-store and that it's the store's choice to take it back. So the manager has unscrupulous morals and sales tactics and then you are stuck with a product they refused to take back so their sales quotas aren't affected. I have been a customer for 30 years and I'm moving my service to Verizon.

The latter only applies to photos taken on the Pixel if backed up in the Drive. The water resistance only applies to single drops of water (e.g. If I was caught in a drizzle of rain and used my phone, there should not be damage.) The good news is when my bill came back without a promised discount Big Z was quick to explain the ins and outs. The follow up within the first week if purchase is great. I wish I could say I wasn't duped by a classic sales maneuvers. Oh well, I guess I was the sucker that day. Big Z is now running the Sewell store so I'll be curious to see how things change for both this store and Sewell in the coming year.

She went above and beyond for me, and even fixed what I needed w/ the SIM card. I don't have to return to either store - just to give Rebecca a call once I get a confirmationn e-mail from AT&T. Yay! The store was nice, clean and well organized. The other customers seemed to be happy with their service as well :) I'm hoping that T-Mobile's (toll free phone) customer service is as great as when I had them as a carrier years ago.
