She went above and beyond for me, and even fixed what I needed w/ the SIM card. I don't have to return to either store - just to give Rebecca a call once I get a confirmationn e-mail from AT&T. Yay! The store was nice, clean and well organized. The other customers seemed to be happy with their service as well :) I'm hoping that T-Mobile's (toll free phone) customer service is as great as when I had them as a carrier years ago. The worst thing is that they returned it to me in worse condition and the screen did not work. The person responsible for the repair did not want to talk to me. And they didn't give me my money back.
