My iPhone was inadvertently disabled over the weekend. Since I ORIGINALLY purchased the iPhone at your Verizon, I went to your store's location to see if there was a way to resolve the situation without losing any data/information on it. Before arriving, I knew that the most likely solution would be to sync the phone to my computer and restore it back to factory defaults. Upon arrival around 4:00 p.m., there was only one other customer in the store being helped by another representative. Thus; I approached R... to my left. I briefly described my situation. She looked at me and said someone would be with me in 20 minutes or so. I was somewhat surprised by the wait time, as she had no one in front of her and she was simply reading on a tablet or phone. She then approached me about 20 minutes later, and I once again described the above scenario. She confirmed there was no way to work around the situation and I had to restore the phone back to factory defaults. She had no desire to help me and mentioned there would be a fee of $20 if she assisted me. I politely asked what the fee was for, as the main Verizon store has never charged me for help. She sarcastically replied "it's for my time." I said I understood, as I had had my computer and would like to try to fix the issue myself. She said nothing and went back to reading on her tablet or phone. (There were no other customers in the store behind me.) I politely asked if I needed wireless access during the process. She appallingly looked at me and stated "no". I got to a point where I did need access. I asked (in a respectful manner) if I could gain guest access to your wireless connection. In a very disdainful way-she walked to my computer, turned it around, put in the password, and frustratingly walked away. I finished the process totally humiliated. My family has purchased 5-6 iPhones from your location. I can honestly say we will NEVER be back again. In fact, I went to the main Verizon location that next day and purchased an iPhone XS Max for $1250, and spent more on accessories. My husband will be getting the same phone soon, but we agreed we will only use the main location due to the way I was treated by R. . Furthermore, I will go online and state the very poor experience I had your store, and the wonderful experience I had at the main location. I live in the DMV so I called this store and asked if it'd be okay for my parents to come through and get a patio set on me. They were very understanding of the situation and they helped my parents very quickly. My parents are deaf so I was on FaceTime with my dad to help everyone out in the situation. I shop at Big Lots locally and the two stores near my parents in the Panhandle have been temporarily closed so I was happy that they had the option to not only drive to Dothan but had a team willing to help them. This location showed 3 in stock only to find out the day I was supposed to pick up their inventory is wrong and they have none. No one bothered to even notify me they cancelled my order I had to call there to find out I would have to wait another week making my 20% off online coupon expire. The furniture manager at the Dothan location John was unbelievably helpful and was able to get me exactly the set I wanted. He was also able to honor my online order with the 20% off coupon the same day i called him. He made my day and was beyond helpful. I will continue to go out of my way to go to this location for any more furniture because of John's excellent customer service.

There was a young black lady behind the desk and I asked her if I could pick out the SIM card from a stack. She said "no." Then told me it was non-refundable. I fumbled with my phone and case for a long time and they never offered to help switch out the sim card. When I finally go it installed she acted like I was crazy that I wanted her to activate it for me! She then wanted my PIN. Every other Verzion store I have ever gone to lets you type in your PIN. Something very SHADY going on here. I would not trust this place at all.....bad vibe...bad service....just bad all the way around. This lady treated me alike garbage and I wont be going back there ever again.
