The sales reps are liars. They will say anything to get a sale. They lied about the service and does honor what the corporate office customer service reps tells a customer. The girl who work in the store is rude and condescending. With service like this I would recommend that you go to a different company or work with the website instead of this store. I rarely write reviews but this was needed. I drove all the way from Silverton to get an account transferred to my name. I had a free upgrade so that's why I went into the store for the store to do this for me instead of on the phone. The young girl was a sweet heart, but I can not explain how ill prepared she was to deal with this matter (my account is originally sprint). She was very under trained and had to call 3 different people on the phone to receive an answer on what to do. She did not seem new, but maybe she was not sure. One of these calls was just to see if she pressed the right button on the screen. After an hour and a half sitting there, without even touching the new phone, I finally communicated to her I needed to go back to work. It was the slowest service I have ever had and I have been with Sprint ( now t-mobile) for almost 15 years now. The communication was so poor, after she rang me up and gave me the receipt, I noticed a charge on there that she had not explained to me beforehand. It was a service charge, a charge that if I did over the phone, I would not be charged for. That is ridiculous because 1. She did not tell me this. 2. Even the woman on the phone the day before, did not mention this. This is T mobiles fault. T-mobile needs to get their act together and shape their employees better.
