I don't normally post reviews, but I wanted to give sincere recognition to Alicia A. at T-Mobile at the E Walpole Walpole Mall location. To be honest I went in there the other night and I didn't receive great service from a different employee, but I decided to give it another try, Very glad I did. Alicia was friendly, kind, patient, and so helpful with my phone issue and gave me some great advice. I plan on upgrading my plan next week and purchasing a new IPhone. She's a wonderful asset to T-Mobile, thanks Alicia! read more
