I had an issue with my phone. I walked in & was asked from an associate what I needed help with. I asked if he could look up my information & help to get a PIN. I asked Customer service and they were having trouble looking up my information, so they suggested going to a store. He told me he didn't do that, didn't know how and walked away. Another woman comes walking past us (Daris). We didn't think she worked there because her mouth was full of food. She walked past us & the first associate said "that's them." We started to explain, and she cut us off and said call 611, and continued to walk out. As we tried to continue the reason why we were there, she became short, her tone changed as we were bothering her, and she walked out. She came back in & we asked to speak to the manager. She pointed at the manager, which was talking to another person. My girlfriend was angry and humiliated. We kept our cool. As my girlfriend was talking to me about the lack of customer service, Davis decided to start rudely talking across the room to my girlfriend telling her that she needs to keep quiet. This started a verbal confrontation. Some customers left, and we said "good luck" to them as we were losing our patience. Daris than snapped at us again, raising her voice at us. The whole time, the manager "Justin" just sat there & did not intervene. It started to interrupt his conversation, than he got involved & told us to go to another store because "they don't" help customers with their account issues or pins. We went up to another store a few miles away. We were in & out within two minutes. Whether they are a authorized dealer or not, they lack simple decency, respect, and morals. We have since left Verizon after me being a "valued customer" for 25 years. read more

I went in to purchase a new phone. An hour and a half later after dealing with the sales associate not knowing what they were doing and trying to sell me upgraded plans I didn't want. He was not knowledgeable at all regarding the different phones. He had no idea what he was doing as he kept having to ask others how to help me. The dirt under his fingernails did not help the situation. Would absolutely not recommend this place . read more

Stay away from this place! They are con artists who will tell you one thing while selling you something else, more importantly, something you dont want or will not use. They will nonchalantly sell you stuff, while telling you its part of a "package deal" when all the time it's not. They will try and convince you that you need certain items to go with your new purchase when you dont really need them. We went to the store to upgrade to the latest Iphone. They placed the order and we went to pick it up. After picking up we were charged a $40 "store fee". Upon asking what this was for they said this was to process your order. While placing the order I specifically asked if there was any fee. I was told that there wasn't which was a clear lie. So I feel this store is dishonest with their dealings. read more

Oct 11, 2022 First of all this is just a dealer store that sells Verizon product. They charge fees if you upgrade your phone there. The worst part is they don't even tell you that up front. When I went there to upgrade my phones they seemed so helpful. Then reality set in they were rude and not properly trained. They are just there to take your money. They gave us $39 for a trade in not the $400 we were told. We were suppossed to get a $325 gift card in Dec. that never happed. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. read more

Absolutely awful customer service. Sales associate upsold us a product without explaining what it was to us and when we cancelled and returned the product later that day were still charged $460 in additional fees for this product and they said it wasn't their problem and we had to contact customer service which is taking days to resolve. Even standard questions about billing and device fees they were unable to explain or articulate and tried to redirect toward fake promotions. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off and enraged. read more

New store in the area, lots of parking, located in the same shopping plaza with Super Stop & Shop & Home Depot on Route 1. The sales people will acknowledge you when you enter & will ask if you need any help until you are ready to speak to them, but are not pushy. They have lots of accessories for all the different phones out there from the i-phone to droids. I had an issue with my phone freezing & shutting off. & they were pretty good on how I can correct the problem & haven't had issue since. read more

My husband and I recently went in to upgrade our phones and had a great experience with a staffer named Matt. He explained all our options and suggested ways to save money monthly. He was also great about moving along the transfer process and explaining it every step of the way. He was patient, helpful and had a great attitude. I called him today to ask him for some help with my new phone and he quickly resolved the issue. I'd definitely recommend seeing him for any new phone/plan needs. read more

Stay away from here unless you're looking to spend extra money unnecessarily. Came in to upgrade my phone - I am a longtime Verizon Wireless customer and will never return to a Verizon "authorized retailer" like Wireless Zone based on my experience here and will only go to a regular Verizon Wireless store going forward. The individual I worked with at Wireless Zone first tried to get me to purchase a tablet with my cell phone upgrade due to a "promotion" they were running - no thanks, I'm just here for a new phone. He continuously pressured me to purchase a case and screen protector for the phone. He did not explain or review any of the costs for my phone or cell phone plan. Wireless Zone charged me a $40 device initiation/set up fee, which, after checking with Verizon Wireless, I learned Verizon Wireless stores do not charge. Wireless Zone also signed me up for a $13/month "total mobile protection" plan without my knowledge or consent. I had to call Verizon Wireless to have this monthly charge removed from my account. When I later asked Wireless Zone about this charge, I was told it "comes with the phone" - maybe at Wireless Zone, but not when you purchase your phone directly from Verizon Wireless. Finally, when I asked Wireless Zone for a receipt for the transaction, I was told there wasn't one - I had to call back the next day and ask again that a receipt be emailed to me. Terrible customer experience and I feel like I got swindled! read more

I had recently had my iphone 6s stolen from me and had visited this store a handful of times in order to settle in with a new replacement. The customer service here is absolutely disgraceful. 3 out of the 5 associates I had interacted with had terrible "you are not my problem" attitudes when I was trying to decipher what was wrong with my phone/replacement phone. They didnt; want to answer any questions. One associate told me in a very rude manner to "Go to Staples", when I asked him to use the business' scanner to scan my insurance form for my replacement phone that I just purchased for $150 (as the insurance company assured me they would handle for me, since my current phone did not have working internet and they couldn't decipher why - forcing me to buy a new one). Needless to say, I just left feeling extremely pushed out and feeling like I was nagging them to help me which is supposed to be their job. A few days later, another associate would not get off of Facebook on his own phone to help me activate my replacement phone and was very, short, unclear, and blatantly annoyed with me while the phone was updating. He told me the phone would take at least 20 minutes to update and asked if I could go somewhere and come back? There were no other customers in there, so I didn't understand why that was necessary to ask, so when I said I had time to wait he again acted very rude and annoyed and went back to his phone. The phone finished updating two minutes later. I needed to keep prompting him about the phone's notifications/updates to move it along because he wouldn't stop watching videos on his Facebook. I will say however, that there is a wonderful female employee who I believe is named Carmen. She is incredibly friendly and helpful to customers. I can only hope that she stays (or goes) because she is the only good thing about that Verizon store location. read more

They were terrible. My cell home page changed so I went into the store. The tech blamed it on an upgrade and I had to go back 2 times because he had my location incorrect. I call the wireless about a week later and got this get tech who did a conference call with Samsung, and it was fixed in 30 seconds. read more

This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in yesterday with a friend looking to sign up for a cell plan for the very first time and the sales associates made it as confusing as possible. The worst part was that they answered the same question 2-3 different ways, often black and white answers, and with a (clearly fake) confidence each time! They even gave us different rates and then would not follow through with the promised rates. The manager got involved and he was just as bad and then said the sales associate we first had was brand new... if true, that just means she doesn't yet have proper training or a great manager who leads by example in my opinion. He kept acting like it was all her fault. I felt terrible for her. There was a corporate woman there as well who was also no help. We left with one problem they couldn't resolve (setting up auto pay). Honestly, I was floored. If my friend didn't need her cell phone plan because of an emergency, we would have left and gone to another brand. Oh and we were there for two hours. Terrible in every sense. read more
