The staff here are all apples from the same basket - sweet and knowledge-wealthy and nothing rotten. They give you your time and are well equipped to answer any tech question you throw at them. They have great choice of selections on all their brand's gadgets. The only sour point I recently had was with a refurbished iPad that I picked which was given in a bag and not in a box or with a charging cable. This was unexpected and could have been communicated proactively.

The short interaction I had with a bigger tall curly hair brown hair lady with glasses was extremely unpleasant and rude. The interaction didn't have to be so unpleasant even if she was not able to complete the request. Part of the reason why people use apple products is for the service. The last 2 Apple stores had become difficult to get help or even buy iPhone quickly even with all the employees standing around. 2 stars is for my bf who also needed help and got decent help.

They always help with the latest and greatest , and upgrades . Only issue I have with most of the T-Mobile showrooms are - if we upgrade a phone and if the chip is different (say from micro to mini ) , they charge to on the new sim ! Crazy . Being a customer for 8 plus years , they need to look at upgrading this for no cost . Anyways , apart from this , the service is good and I like T-Mobile overall.
