I call Dish and tell the person that the service has not worked since the Spring of 2024. I am told that they do not have the power to cancel my subscription and am transferred to a phone number that no one answers. They are still charging my credit card even though I called Discover and told them to not accept the charges. Total fraud and stay away from this company.

I called Dish to cancel because I got a better price with Xfinity and it included my Internet when I spoke to Dish all of a sudden they could bring my price down to $64 a month miraculously.... when I said, I already committed to another and I was leaving and I've had a lot of issues over the years when it I have to attach to a broom to get outside in the middle of snowstorms to knock the snow off the actual receiving on my house I also when it rains and pours outside you will lose your TV service inside and if you're recording anything, don't even bother it won't record while the service is out when I canceled the service I was told I needed to return the notes on the outside of my home. That's attached on my roof. I had to climb up there and unscrew the to return it. I asked why they don't come and collect their own equipment. Then all of a sudden they were based in Texas and they don't do that but they don't when you sign up for Dish do not get this service. It is horrible and if you ever cancel good luck with climbing up on your roof and going to get these nodes off the when I walk around my neighborhood and see a on someone's I noticed the so I know mostly everybody in my area has now discontinued the service it is horrible.

    I had an appointment at 2pm on Friday 2/17/2025. i was 15 minutes early. a tall ungroomed, sloppily…read moredressed male came up to me, no name badge, no indication he worked for VZW. He asked me if I wanted to check in now or at 2 pm, a strange question. What us the benefit of waiting? i walked around the store, killing time. 5 minutes later he had already forgotten what i was there for. i reminded him i have a 2pm appointment. It didnt matter what my question was, the answer was NO. He thought he was a big deal bc he worked there for 2 years when i told him i have 32 years in telecom, sold FIOS and had fios. His answer was "a lot has changed in 30 years". UH Fios hasnt been around 30 years. The point was I know what im talking about and he was trying to bs his way out of it. He told me he cant get a phone # from another company. the phone#s ALL are local Verizon #s. NONE were in use. i checked as was my job previously. he had no reply to that. IF he had paid attention(he really didnt have the listening skills) I wouldnt have needed to repeat myself. there was a 20 something obese woman sitting on a stool with VZW garb so at least she was dressed appropriately even tho she was nodding her head in agreement to the incorrect answers. YOU lost a sale I will be sending this to the store manager AND head of customer service

It took quite a long time to find the right phone, but Cassandra went out of her way to find what my friend was looking for. What an exemplary employee Cassandra is!     hate your company and presently looking into leaving verizon. I have been put through hell for the…read morepast 4 months and now the main issue has still not been taken care of. I have spoken to a dozen cust. reps and a manager They have continually either gave me the wrong information or dis nor follow through with the supposed resolution. At this.point the anxiety I get when I know I have to call once again to have verizon do what they have continually promised. It has cost me financially as well. Verizon is not on auto pay yet takes payment from my bank without permission and they are taking up to double what I owe. It has interfered with my rent payment twice now. So it is now over 4 months since verizon screwed up my whole account and the phone that was supposed to be removed is once again on my account and verizon is trying to charge me for it. Verizon has literally given me PTSD. I have actually been brought to tears over the frustration and sheer anxiety verizon has put me through.They over charged me by $192 and I was able to speak with a manager. He said he would refund it and put me on hold. When he came back he said he applied the $192 to my account as a credit. I was furious and told him I needed it put back in my bank account. He said he couldn't!!! I was very short on my rent because of this and I had to pay a $75 late fee. They are truly the most deplorable company i have ever come up against.

I am so happy I did. Tarik and his brother........true gentlemen. Kind, funny and SMART. What I tried to do at home (epic fail) took 2 hours and they were able to get me back online and running in 15 minutes. For all my iphone needs, I will only go to the Verizon store in Summit.     I have been an ART customer since the days of Cingular with multiple phones scattered through the…read morefamily. I have been to this location multiple times and never fail to be forced to wait long periods and often confounded by surely staff who do not view their responsibility to assist you. This last time yesterday was the worst, walked out after almost an hour without being helped so I walked passed a verizon store and stepped in. They will payoff two phones and give me new phones for six others and reduce my monthly cost by about 40%. So I will be leaving ATT, going to Verizon and Will will speak to the office manager at my firm and switch over the 20 phones there. I am sure ATT will not care and we could not do worse

Twice I have had interminable waits, surely staff who seemed not to care that a customer waited for a long time. This last time when I took a call having waited a very long time, one of the staff didnt advise me that she would have been available but simply waited on another custoemr who had just arrived and when I asked she said in a dismissive tone that the other customer had arrived first. This is the old AT&T, no competition and no service. I walked down the street and was welcomed by Verizon and who will buy out several phones that still have time before upgrade and I will have new phones at lower rates. Six phones now becoming none soon. I will go back to my firm and suggest (tell) my staff to switch services. We will not miss AT&T and unfortunately I do not believe unfortunately they will miss my and my firm's business.
