I visit this kiosk frequently. Never had an issue up until about 2 weeks ago. The moron (I remember his name but won't put him on blast) took off my screen protector without double/triple checking that they had my replacement screen in stock. Low and behold my screen protector was taken off and they don't have mine in stock (shocker). I always get the visionguard screen but I was told I would have to get the regular screen protector in the meantime. Very annoying. They did offer to put it on and not make me have to pay again for the visionguard once they got it back in stock but it was still a hassle. read more

I spoke with a guy named Ursel. This is a review that spams multiple weeks. I originally got my screen protector and put on by ATT when I bought a new plan and phones. They put the protector on off center and so it obviously started coming off. I went back and they kept not having stock but said I could go to the zagg kiosk and have them replace it for free as well. Went and spoke with Ursel and told him the situation. He removed the screen protector from my phone and then told me it wouldn't be free there was a cost. I explained what I had been told and he said to go register it online and then they would be able to install it. I asked him if I needed the protector he removed back. He told me no don't worry as long as you register it online we can just replace it(I also live 60 miles away and he said I could find one close to me). So taking him at his word, go home and register it. Try to find one near me and of course nothing. So I decide to just visit their kiosk again when I go visit my family. When I go he tells me I need to have my old protector for him to be able to replace it. I'm looking at him in shock at this point. This was the person that had removed it previously and tossed it in front of me telling me I didn't need it. Even though I specifically asked him this. Honestly just the worst business I've ever encountered. If it had been anyone else I would have been more understanding. This was literally the guy that had pealed it off my phone and told me not to worry as long as I registered it online he would replace it no problem. Arden (make) was the person attending me. He put the glass shield on my phone and after my sister mentioned three issues with the placement, I decided to speak up and asked him to place the screen properly since one side seemed more open then the other. He responded with some excuse about the "halo" but my sister quickly commented the halo is only on one side... worst experience for ~30 dollars. If you see Arden, know he does not place the screen perfect nor cares about your attention to detail for a phone that means a lot to EVERYONE now and days. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went there Saturday night at 8:00 and had a screen protector put on my iwatch. The next morning I noticed the screen protector was chipping and cracking off my watch. I went back to Menlo mall Sunday morning at 11 to have a new one put on and it is 4:00 Sunday afternoon and it is cracking and falling off again. It's been less then 24 hours and I've gone through 2 screen protectors. I called the kiosk to speak with the sales person and I was told I could get a discount off a new screen protector. It's truly upsetting to be told I have to purchase another screen protector when the first two I have had didn't even make it 24 hours. I barely wore my watch since last night and I know I didn't bang it into anything. I hope this helps anyone thing if purchasing any products from Zagg (Menlo Park mall) I will never shop with them again nor will I ever advise anyone else to. read more

Putting on a screen protector is hard, you're going to mess it up. Yes these little kiosks are expensive but you're paying to have the screen put on right Leo is awesome, go see him and he'll hook you up. I am very picky and the phone dried perfectly with no bubbles which is NOT easy to do. Not all of the kiosks are good, this one is legit and will put on your screen correctly. read more
