When I spoke with the supervisor, she was not helpful just insisting on the company line. Oh well, partial offer is better than nothing. Through my experience with the customer service line, it made me more appreciative of what the local store folks like Rose who can deal with customers with friendliness and professionalism.

To the franchise owner of the UPS on Zaragoza, consider hiring less disrespectful teenagers to run the front desk. It was close to the Cassidy Gate right off post. I stopped by for a few items and between the staff and the availability of parts I needed, I thought between the store layout and the interaction with the staff made finding the filters, oil, and fuses I was looking for easy. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and my rewards allowed for a discount. This location is the closest to post and convenient. It has its own parking lot. I will return.
